President Trump weighed in on the rash of “smash and grab” crimes that took place around the country over Black Friday weekend, calling for Democrats to send in the National Guard to immediately get a grip on the chaos.“If Democrats don’t immediately stop smash-and-grab robberies, which are taking place in their cities, the National Guard must be called out. There has never been such a thing that has happened in our Country. Large numbers of stores are leaving San Francisco and other cities. Some chains are closing most of their stores, it is all not even believable.”

The Black Friday shopping “holiday” saw several planned and organized “smash and grab” robberies, where crowds of several people partake in mass-theft while carrying a wide variety of weaponry to gain entry or ward off anyone brave enough to intervene.

A large mob robbed Sam’s Jewelers inside Southland Mall, Hayward. PD said they received calls at 5:25 pm today. Witnesses told me 1st wave of robbers involved about 30-40 kids. A 2nd wave with fewer robbers returned to clean it up. Story tonight 11 on Ch 5 @KPIXtv

Pretty despicable stuff, huh?The resulting carnage from these clown shows are tens of thousands of dollars worth of stolen goods and severe injuries or death for anyone standing in the way.
Often times, the shear number of people partaking in the chaos is so overwhelming that most people just stand by watching in shock.

Several localities across the United States have reported smash-and-grab robberies on Black Friday, contributing to a larger reported number of similar crimes in recent days.In California, the cities of Lakewood, Los Angeles and Monterey all experienced smash-and-grab robberies on the busy post-Thanksgiving shopping day.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported that on Friday evening eight people entered a Home Depot in Lakewood, which is a part of Los Angeles County, and went directly to the tool aisle. Officials said that roughly $400 worth of sledgehammers, hammers and crowbars were immediately taken from the store.
The department noted that the robbers may have gotten inside of a damaged, red Mercedes Benz upon taking off.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the Los Angeles Police Department also reported a string of robberies in the city Friday evening. Several of those crimes involved physical altercations with staff: At one store a worker was reportedly sprayed with a chemical agent, while at another multiple employees were said to have been pushed to the ground as the robbers fled.

Meanwhile, in Monterey, $30,000 worth of sunglasses were taken by four people who robbed a Sunglass Hut store at a shopping center on Friday afternoon, police told Action News 8.
Police described the group as two women and two men between their early and mid-twenties; a store manager told the TV station that the thieves were out of the store in under two minutes.
WGN-TV in Chicago reported that four smash-and-grab robberies took place early Thursday morning and early Friday morning at a Canada Goose retail location, a Foot Locker store, a North Face store and a cell phone store.
The most tragic incident of the weekend took place near downtown Oakland, where a security guard and former police officer, Kevin Nishita, was killed.
He was protecting a news crew.
The crew was reporting on the madness going on in nearby Oakland, when suspects tried stealing a bunch of the camera equipment. Nishita tried to intervene and was shot in the abdomen.

No surprise that President Trump has weighed in here, seeing as how crime like this would never be tolerated by his administration. It would be dealt with swiftly.
President Trump would have provided local law enforcement with any resources necessary to accomplish their mission.
This behavior is despicable and anyone who takes part in it is human scum. Sorry, but not sorry. It doesn’t get much lower than a “smash and grab”.
If we do not draw the line now then when?
