I wish all 50 states would pass such legislation. As a minimum, the states should file suit against the federal government with regard to TSA's authority and procedures in that they violate citizen's constitutional rights against unwarranted search and seizure. How in the world can the Obama administration justify (and how in the world can we citizens accept) a notion that profiling is wrong but violating the 4th amendment rights of all citizens is OK? You cannot profile, but you can perform what most states define as sexual assault on not only able bodied adults, but the elderly, disabled, and children?

IMO body search used by the TSA is a way to "condition" citizens to control, and sadly many feel it's ok. we the consumer have the control if we use it.
I'm old with many opinions few solutions.
