General, you should be court martialed.

Nothing in this article speaks of the true mark of a outstanding military, which is duty,honor,country,integrity,committment,and last but not least,patriotism.Evidently Gen.Casey thinks diversity trumps these time honored marks of a strong military.Social engineering would not be a strong point of an efficient military.

Oh yes, nothing like discussing our differences in foxholes makes a nation more secure right?

[b]We are such a kinder Gentler Army... Folks, I was a drill sergeant and not sure if you know it or not soldiers were given time out cards.

If a soldier got too stressed out, all he would have to do is hold up a time out card (3 x 5 card that said "Time Out" in big red letters) and the drill sergeant would have to back off.... ah, those were the days

Not sure if al- quida permits the use of "Time out cards" during be-heading or not; but i am pretty sure it aint going to happen.

We also went through numerous hours of CO and CO2 other wise know as Consideration of Others and Consideration of Others 2.. thats the more advanced version I guess.

We are turning our war fighters into teddy bears .... not really, but come on... "Time Out Cards"

Our War Fighters are trained to do mortal combat if needed, not be the worlds peace keepers... the damage being done is terrible to our soldiers mental health and our equipment that you and I pay for... get ready for the big mental health bills when these soldiers come home from thier 3rd, 4th or 5th deployment, divorced, no jobs and mental health issues

A lot of females in the military are either Bi-sexual or lesbian. Some are either or before they join; but the culture soon pulls them in. These are young impressionable girls 18 - 22 years old

I went through Parris Island boot camp in 1966.The only time we got a time out was when we were sleeping at night (6 hrs.) or were knocked out.Stress was the name of the game 24/7.
