The UCLA student was hit with the Taser shocks multiple times while he was in the Powell Library Computer Lab.

Another student recorded the incident on a camera phone. On the video, Mostafa Tabatabainejad can be heard screaming during the incident, which took place at about 11:30 p.m., the Daily Bruin reported.

According to the paper, Tabatabainejad did not show ID to community service officers who were conducting a random check. UCLA police said Tabatabainejad was released by police after he was cited for obstruction/delay of a peace officer in the performance of duty.

The Daily Bruin reported that Tabatabainejad complained when an officer was escorting him from the lab and put his hand on one of Tabatabainejad's arms. He allegedly yelled, "Get off of me," according to the paper. He was then shot with the Taser, reported the paper.

The Daily Bruin reported that after he was hit, Tabatabainejad yelled, "Here's your Patriot Act, here's your f---ing abuse of power."

Police said they thought Tabatabainejad was not harmed in the incident.

"If he was able to walk out of here, I think he was OK," the sergeant said.

you beat me to the punch I was busy sending hand delivered letters to my personal idiots in THE HOUSE AND SENATE. I was not GRACIOUS I was HONEST. I LAID OUT THAT THIS IS THE DIRECT RESULT OF THEIR NEGLANCE TO SUPPORT THEIR OATH OF OFFICE AND THEY SHOULD RESIGN OR BE DRUG OUT OF OFFICE IN EVEN GREATER DISCRACE.

I SUGGESTED THEY BEGIN YESTERDAY TO REPEAL EVERYTHING PIECE OF UNCONSTITUTIONAL TRIPE THEY (and their predicessors) HAVE ALLOWED TO PASS OVER THE PAST 90 YEARS!

I saw one a few weeks ago of a woman in Florida who did not get out of her car soon enough! This country is now a police state and PEOPLE BETTER WAKE UP! and move out or prepare to make SERIOUS STATEMENTS because the war is not a war on terror the war is a war on globalism and this nation is ground zero!

Mid-flight sexual play lands US couple afoul of anti-terrorism law
    Nov 14 6:53 PM US/Eastern

A couple's ill-concealed sexual play aboard a Southwest Airlines flight from Los Angeles got them charged with violating the Patriot Act, intended for terrorist acts, and could land them in jail for 20 years.

According to their indictment, Carl Persing and Dawn Sewell were allegedly snuggling and kissing inappropriately, "making other passengers uncomfortable," when a flight attendant asked them to stop.

"Persing was observed nuzzling or kissing Sewell on the neck, and ... with his face pressed against Sewell's vaginal area. During these actions, Sewell was observed smiling," reads the indictment filed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

On a second warning from the flight attendant, Persing snapped back threatening the flight attendant with "serious consequences" if he did not leave them alone.

The comment was enough to have the couple, both in their early 40s, arrested when the plane reached its destination in Raleigh, North Carolina, and charged with obstructing a flight attendant and with criminal association.

They have been placed under legal surveillance until their trial on February 5. If found guilty, they both could be sent to jail for up to 20 years.

Persing's lawyer William Peregoy said his client was not feeling well when he placed his head on his companion's lap, and that he only threatened the flight attendant with reporting him to his superiors on landing.

This person smiled! HOW DARE SHE SMILE!

Yes, we are in a police state and it will only get worse as people accept this type of behavior from their jailers.
