The Democratic effort to take out Judge Brett Kavanaugh is now having other, fall out consequences.
The Winnebago County Republican Headquarters was vandalized, spray painted with the words “rape” and “shame” with the date “9/27/18,” the date of the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on the sexual misconduct allegation by Christine Blasey Ford against Kavanaugh.

Rockford, Illinois police spotted the graffiti Sunday morning. Four sides of the six-sided building were covered.

Republican state Rep. John Cabello attacked the vandal on Facebook, “You are a coward for doing it unless you come forward!”

He also said that when you damage other people’s property, “You’ve crossed the line.”

Attorney Jim Thompson, whose law office is in the same building and who is the chair of the Winnebago County Republican Central Committee also weighed in.

“Hate has no place in the political process,” he said. “Violence has no place in the political process. … We do not seek to capitalize on victims’ lives or memories to advance a purely political agenda as seen in the past month by Sen. (Dianne) Feinstein and our own Sen. (Dick) Durbin.
“The Winnebago County Republican Central Committee Headquarters is located in the building in which seven women work each day. It’s the place in which over two dozen female precinct committeemen meet to fulfill their commitment to our community. They should not have to be afraid because some people could not control their hate.”

Winnebago County Board Chairman Frank Haney said he was saddened and angry as a Republican.

“I am also sad to see other folks in my party unfairly labeled and mischaracterized. Negative generalizations about a group of people has never served us well as a country. This situation is no different. Attacks of this nature aim to silence and destroy, neither of which will occur.”

The Democratic Rockford Mayor Tom McNamara called the behavior unacceptable and directed that the graffiti be cleaned immediately.

I hope this is on surveillance camera!

They are forced to clean it up and ALL graffiti in the neighborhood for SIX months!

I remember a story of a business owner in CA who constantly got tagged. They waited for the punk for a couple days, he showed up, they stripped him and TAGGED him and let him run down the street! LOL!!!
