Leaving London – Crackdown Chases Muslim Brotherhood From World Headquarters

The recent announcement of an investigation into the activities of the Muslim Brotherhood by British Prime Minister David Cameron has left the terror group feeling a little unwelcome. In fact, they are picking up stakes in their London headquarters and leaving the country.
The Daily Mail reports that the group is leaving its newly established London world headquarters and relocating to Graz, Austria.
Their motivation for choosing London as a location for their worldwide operations is not known, but links between former Prime Minister Tony Blair and extremists within the organization are being uncovered. The Daily Mail reported that the Tony Blair Faith Foundation has direct links to two Muslim Brotherhood leaders.
Dr Ismail Khudr Al-Shatti is a leading member of the Islamic Constitutional Movement, the Kuwaiti branch of the Muslim Brotherhood. Another Muslim Brotherhood Blair insider is Mustafa Ceric, a Bosnian Muslim cleric.
Steven Merley, the director of Global Muslim Brotherhood Daily Watch, says “These individuals have fooled a lot of politicians, like Blair, who should know better. The very presence of people like Shatti and Ceric in the same room as him is a judgment on Blair.”
Following the ouster of the Muslim Brotherhood government in Egypt, the group had been in search of a new base of operations. They had selected an ordinary looking location in the Cricklewood area of northwest London.
Prime Minister David Cameron’s announcement was met with threats of legal action. Some claim the investigation may be in concert with to or a possible condition of arms deal recently signed with Saudi Arabia.
Rather than work in cooperation with the British investigation, the group has apparently opted to flee Britain, and set up shop in Graz.
While their leadership may have left in fear of being identified and perhaps targeted for their terror connections, the foot soldiers, imams and propagandists have undoubtedly remained. That will be a much more difficult infestation for the British government to eradicate.
