    i talked to a lawyer today from the SPLC who told me that Alabama HB 56 and AZ 1070 are unconstitutional, but could not tell me how.
    he didnt know they were modeled after a federal immigration act from the 40s that say police could stop anyone, anytime, anywhere and ask for papers
