    This is no surprise.

    Even when the news of the meltdown first broke, groups like the CBC and the CHC were holding televised town hall type forums to answer questions ,etc.

    The wheels were literally falling off and not only were they ensuring minorities that they were going to make sure that these people would still be able to get the same types of loans but they were going to push for even more of that type of lending.

    There was not only NEVER any intention whatsoever in discontinuing the reckless lending practices but expanding them.
