He's right. Credit is not the answer.

Forceing credit when people can't pay is stupid. If they can't save, they can't pay the credit card bills either. DUH!

I'm starting to believe that Obama just wants an instant fix on his watch and he doesn't care if it trashes us in the end.

What are Americans in his policies, unfortunate collateral damage?

I nearly puked every time I saw Pelosi jump up and down behind Obama. She was so giddy with power, and she bounced around like a 15 year old cheerleader.

Agree totally. I found her distracting behind him, bitting her lip and obviously giddy with delight. And with her on her throne feeling so empowered I see no bipartisanship that Obama claims he wants.

Fox Business: Gerald Celente Predicts Revolution

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=46MEqEgdLTg

I was shocked that Fox would air such a segment.

    They mentioned that before 2012:

    1. America will be the first undeveloped country
    2. Revolution, food shortages, riots, marches
    3. Food instead of gifts for Christmas

Seriously, I was shocked. The segment lasted for more than 6 minutes. He said things like parents shouldn't send their kids to get business degrees or psychology degrees and send them to community colleges to learn a real skill. He kept implying that food will become the most important thing for us. He said the retail industry will die off completely but local markets will thrive.

The host even introduced him as a guy who's "predictions always come true". He has been remarkably accurate over the decades.

    From the 11/10/08 show.

Right... there were ARMs that were sold deep into 2008 so this will be another leg of the stool that falls off

We are also balancing on a tight wire with Deflation then pumping massive amounts of freshly printed money then risking Hyper Inflation 6 months down the road

This is something I've always complained about with today's youth in America. They're going to college to major in psychology, language arts, business, or law. They never liked the sciences or mathematics so they take one math course and the rest are humanities, writing, history, speech, and business courses, and there, they've majored in psychology. Soon enough they end working as a real estate agent or some other service oriented position which in all honesty this country has enough of. We need more engineers, not psychology or law majors, because that's where we really start producing stuff that other countries want. What? Are we gonna export the skills of our lawyers too other countries? bwahaha. No, we do not need more lawyers who barely passed calculus back in High School in this country, we need more engineers! The problem here is that kids today just are not interested in Math or Science. We need to fix that problem now before it's too late.

As it stands now, unless things turn around again, I will be sending my kids to a trade school. All colleges seem to do is crank out a bunch of libs. Everyone I know who has kids with a full 4 years of higher education ends up with a lib for all the money they paid.

EE88 I am the proud father of an exception. My oldest is majoring in Mathematics at CCNY. It's a very liberal school but I have taught my son to ignore PC bullsh!t and so far so good.

    Yeah I'm bragging.
