Justice Outraged: The Law Doesn’t Apply to the Rich.

Justice Outraged: The Law Doesn’t Apply to the Rich.

    By Angel Rodriguez / 4 April 2014

On the heels of the Ethan Couch, aka the “affluenza kid”, we now get the DuPont heir Robert H. Richards IV. This dirt bag dodged prison after raping his three-year-old daughter. So first this rich kid can’t be punished for killing four people because he didn’t know that what he was doing was wrong, and now this piece of garbage gets off because a judge believed that he wouldn’t “fare well” in prison.

Can you see the pattern here? These rich people are literally getting away with murder and rape because of their money. It’s happening in plain daylight, for us all to see. However, somehow these judges are getting away with it. Please, can someone explain to me how this can happen in the United States of America!

When the legal system functions how it is supposed to work, people protest, Obama and his pal Holder object, the DOJ gets involved and federal investigations take place. However, a little girl is violated by her well-off father, and there is no protest, there are no calls for investigations from the president, only crickets. A rich kid kills some folks while he is drunk driving, and again, silence. I can’t understand this.

Liberal or Conservative, we should all see that these two individuals are filthy dirt bags. We should all agree that they deserve to be punished! We should fight against this ridiculous legal action. There are no political lines when people are killed, there are no lines when a CHILD is raped! There is only right and wrong, and these two are wrong! They are terribly wrong, yet they walk free among us. One of them “didn’t know that what he was doing was wrong,” and the other “wouldn’t fare well in prison”.

What is the world coming to? Why are we allowing this to happen? Let’s put aside the political bs for a moment, stop and think about what I am saying here. Just read this, and think with a rational mind on what I am saying.

Crime one: Ethan Couch is responsible for the death of four people, and injuring another nine people while driving drunk.

Verdict: He was let off the hook because of “affluenza”. Since he is rich, and mom and dad never told him the difference between right and wrong, he can’t be blamed.

Reality: Can you believe this load-of-horse-crap defense? What’s even more ludicrous is that a judge went along with it.

Crime two: Robert H Richards violated his children. Are you still with me? Are you getting what I am saying to you? He raped his three-year-old daughter.

Verdict: He was given probation because the judge believed that he would not “fare well” in prison. Okay, are you getting this?

Reality: How much money do you think went into an off-shore account at the Caymans? I can’t believe that a judge actually said this! There has to be some hidden motive, payoff, or something that we are not seeing! This is just too unreal.

Bottom line here, both judges need to pay for their transgressions against the people of America. They have shown no regard for the laws of our land, and have failed in their jobs as public officials. I have many choice words, and ideas that I’d love to see implemented. However, I learned long ago that everything on the Internet lives forever. As such, there are certain things that I cannot say.

The two “victims,” they should also pay, big time. I feel awful for Ethan; poor rich kid didn’t know that driving drunk and killing people was wrong. Such a sad thing for him, I feel bad for him. Richards, that poor man, he would probably get violated himself in prison, assuming they put him with the regular inmates, which they wouldn’t. He’d be all lonely in administrative segregation. He just wouldn’t fair well in prison. I feel sorry for both.

No, actually I don’t. I despise them both. Charles Bronson would be busy if he were still around. Catch my drift on this one? In any case, I hope that these guys are brought to justice. This rant here, is just to spread the story, start a movement, something. This cannot end this way. They cannot get away with these crimes; they both have to pay.

Dad of 'affluenza' teen accused of impersonating police

The father of Ethan Couch, the 16-year-old who gained national attention for using the "affluenza" defense in court and then receiving probation after killing four in a drunken-driving accident, has been arrested in Texas for allegedly impersonating a police officer.

Authorities in North Richland Hills, a Fort Worth suburb, arrested Frederick Anthony Couch on Tuesday, saying he posed as a Lakeside reserve officer at the scene of a disturbance call July 28, reports WFAA.

Police said Frederick Couch led an officer to his vehicle, and according to the arrest warrant, Couch said his "Lakeside police stuff" was inside.

He told the officer he was a reserve officer for the Lakeside police.

"Couch reached into his vehicle and took out his wallet displaying what appeared to be a police badge and identification card, suggesting he was a police officer," North Richland Hills investigator K. Bauman said.

"Upon completion of the call, all subjects involved were allowed to leave the location."

Couch was arrested Tuesday and later released on a $2,500 bond, WFAA reports.

Couch is not nor ever has been a reserve officer for Lakeside, and he is not licensed as a peace officer in Texas.

His son, Ethan Couch, was sentenced to 10 years of probation for a drunken-driving crash that killed four people and injured nine others. At the trial, a psychologist testified that he was a product of "affluenza," where his family felt that wealth bought privilege and there was no rational link between behavior and consequences.
