I guess this is what happens when we create a debt based society. Eventually the debt has to be paid. Poor woman had to give up her cell phone so she could pay her rent.

The bad news is the whole country is heading this way.

Exactly. And still, there are people who believe that obama is going to instantly provide jobs and money for all the second he takes office.

Well I hope they are paying attention to those food lines because 11,000 and "more coming" as was heard on the video, is nothing compared to what they are going to see.

I wish people would get off this "messiah" trip they're on and get it through their heads.......there is NOTHING coming for ANYONE except for more hardship

You are right, if they didn't have cable TV, cell phones, ATVs, gym memberships....

Too many people have toys and they will wait in line all day, instead of give up the toys.

Strange isn't it?

Here they are waiting in line for food yet not even giving ANY thought to exactly how they are supposed to keep paying those cell phone and cable bills, putting gas in their vehicles or ATVs to even get to the gym or go riding.

It's as if they are so dazed by all of this....maybe in denial?.......that they can't even seem to realize that one food box isn't going make everything else okay, that it's only a temporary relief which takes care of one thing for a single day.

The problem with these food lines is that you would do better picking up cans and taking them to the recycling center than wasting time in line. Working is far better than handouts. They even said not all of those people needed the food, they just wanted Free Stuff. Many of the Obama chasers want the same thing. Do they not remember the last couple of major hurricanes? People are still waiting for help.

Sell off all that made in China junk you have in your house and get rid of the high tech toys and learn what sacrifice really is.

Many of those people standing in the food lines even know what it means to be poor. I wont get into the details, but my family was poor and I mean homeless, but we made it through and without the help of the government.
