Islamist depravity: Pregnant woman’s throat slit, womb slashed in honor killing

The barbarity of radical Islamists continues unabated in the Middle East and parts of Africa with the latest incident of “honor” killing reported by Jordanian police officers on Sunday night. Officers discovered the severely charred body of a pregnant woman whose throat had been slashed and her lower abdomen sliced open showing her lifeless, four-month-old fetus, according to an American police training officer assigned to the Middle East.

“Police officers responded to the location of the woman’s remains on Sunday just east of Jordan’s capital city of Amman. Her throat was savagely slashed in a hideous display of barbarity, and the killers burned her body after the murder,” noted the police source, who requested anonymity while in the Middle East.

Jordanian officers almost immediately reported that they believed the murder of the woman and child were part of an “honor crime.”

“The woman’s womb was cut open and we could see her dead four-month-old unborn child.

Investigations are still under way,” Jordanian officials told local reporters.

One Jordanian woman, Shana Badawi, responding to the news of this murder, said, “Honor killing?

Where s the honor in slaughtering a young mother and her unborn innocent child? What kind of a person thinks that murdering someone is better than the other person’s crime or sin? I hope the persons who committed this horrific crime are punished fully. How about an eye for an eye?”

According to Jordanian government officials, every year 15-to-20 women are butchered in so-called “honor” murders in the Arab kingdom. The government officials claim they increased efforts to curtail these heinous murders, but Islamists continue to believe they are obeying the Koran by killing women who dishonor Muslim families.

While murder is punishable by execution in Jordan, when it comes to so-called “honor killings,”

Jordanian court judges are permitted by law to commute or reduce sentences, especially if the victim’s family asks for leniency, which is usually the outcome since it’s a family member who commits the murder, according to the American source.
