    All this fake outrage...Chris Dodd wrote an amendment to the bill that EXEMPTED bonus payments contracted prior to Feb. 11th. They knew about them a long time ago. Dodd was covering his biggest campaign donor and they are also hq'd in his State of Conn. These people are a JOKE and totally incompetent.
