I'm very upset with you! The last time I read crap like this was the last time I visited my local dentist office. Now, when I have to go back soon and the only choices of reading material are all those awful People or Entertainment rags that gossip about celebrities that most of us average peons don't give a HOOT about. Well, I hate to tell you but you have really spoiled the punch line should I get to read the latest Cruise relationship breakup rags next time I visit my dentist office. Thanks for raining on my parade beforehand

Now this is a good question to ask!

I think the whole baby thing was just Cruise's image consultants trying to compensate for the rumors that went flying after his divorce.

Despite a report that engaged couple Tom Cruise and seven-months-pregnant Katie Holmes have split, his rep, Paul Bloch exclusively tells Star, "This is totally and 100 percent untrue." And in an exclusive interview with Star, Cruise's attorney, Bert Fields, fumes: "This is a disgusting and malicious story. It is unequivocally false and I have already demanded a retraction. Tom and Katie's relationship is fine, they are not pretending anything. They are looking forward to their marriage and their baby."

So will Cruise sue the publication that is reporting the false story? "I will be sitting down with Tom in the next couple of days to discuss this story and ultimately it's his call as to whether we bring a lawsuit," Fields tells Star. "But if it was up to me, I would sue."

And back in Toledo, Ohio, Katie's hometown, her childhood friend Meghann C. Birie tells Star of the split report, "It's not true."

And another Toledo school friend, Meredith Thiede, from Katie's high school days at Notre Dame Academy, the private, all-girls Catholic school, tells Star. "I haven't heard that to be the case [that the couple is parting ways] and there hasn't been any talk around Toledo that they broke up."
