Are you being used as a guinea pig?

I received this link. I find it quite disturbing that I could be used as an experiment and never be told about it. Is this legal??

Believe it. Read the Plutonium Files.

In a deeply shocking and important expose, Welsome takes the lid off the thousands of secret, government-sponsored radiation experiments performed on unsuspecting human "guinea pigs" at U.S. hospitals, universities and military bases during the Cold War. This riveting report greatly expands on Welsome's Pulitzer Prize-winning 1994 articles in the Albuquerque Tribune, which told how 18 men, women and children scattered in hospital wards across the country were injected with plutonium by U.S. Army and Manhattan Project doctors between 1945 and 1947. As Welsome demonstrates, the scope of the government's radiation experimentation program went much further. She documents how, between 1951 and 1962, the army, navy and air force used military troops in flights through radioactive clouds, "flashblindness" studies and tests to measure radio-isotopes in their body fluids. Additionally, she reveals that cancer patients were subjected to total-body irradiation, and women, children, the poor, minorities, prisoners and the mentally disabled were targeted for radio-isotope "tracer" studies, frequently without their consent and in some cases suffering excruciating side effects and premature deaths. In 1993, Energy Secretary Hazel O'Leary launched a campaign to make public all documents relating to the experiments, which had been kept secret. Welsome cogently argues that O'Leary's efforts resulted in a Republican vendetta that led to her ouster. Written with commendable restraint, this engrossing narrative draws liberally on declassified memos, briefings, phone calls, interviews and medical records to convey the enormity of the irradiation program and the bad science behind the flawed and dangerous tests and to document the government's systematic cover-up. Anyone who cares about America's history, moral health and future should read this book.

    My note:
18 people were injected with isotopes when they went for hospital treatment. Most died horribly from it, with their families thinking they were "crazy" hypochondriacs. Radioactive food was fed to orphans, and hundreds of pregnant women were given a "health cocktail" which resulted in their children dying of cancer. Soldiers were routinely exposed to radiation. All of this came out when Clinton declassified the government documents. Welsome won a Pulitzer Prize for this investigative report. It is a BIG book and so startling that I can't summarize every shocking thing I read. Sure - this was during the "nuclear age" and is historical, but do you really think in this "biological age" the government can be trusted now?

Hanford Downwinders litigation site, take a read on the history of this areas long term issues.

Oregon, mainly NW, Portland Metro area has some serious issues with autism and also higher than usual incidence in many infectious diseases/bacterias. The main one is Meningitis.

Could it be connected? Some say no, but I just have to wonder.....

    No Offense but,
Who the hell would trust this government?
The government isn't the government anymore, you know, we the people. The government is now we the globalist, the elites, the international corporations. We are their trial rabbits. They don't care about your rights, you don't have any anymore, have you noticed? We don't even know whats in our food and they won't tell us either. The corporations just got a law passed recently that says the food processors don;t have to tell us if they are putting MSG in the food, they don't have to reveal in on the labels. I think 20/20 or somebody found a study where they found out the MSG was addictive and that is one reason why people were eating alot of fast foods that has it in there, of course we don't need to know do we? Yeah right! Why we would trust them, they know everything there is to know about you, where you are, when, who you call, what you say, when you eat, sleep, what you watch on TV, on the computer, chances are they can follow you through your cell phone, car or other electronic instrument. they know when you go to work and when you leave. They control your money, your retiremnet account, your children, the way you raise them, steal your money with taxes, give your money away to other people like illegals, don't enforce the laws., leave the borders open, charge you outrageous gas taxes then complain about the price of gas, they give our little girls tools to have sex and them let them have abortions without our consent, they allow triple x rated porn on the internet for all our young to see, they show softcore porn on tv and on and on. Plus, they constantly lie and take advantage of our trust. and all this has to stop because while all this is going on, my freedoms are drastically reduced while my taxes aren't. No freedom, no taxes. No, I don't trust them.

You ever listen to Alex Jones?, he'll tell you what the government is capable of and what they are doing to us and our kids, all under our noses.

Unless we get those criminals & make them pay for what they have done to our country and the lawlessness they have sponsored, we are just another Mexico ourselves!

Chexfive, we can most surely agree with you on all points. I think the root problem in our nation is this: S I N. Until there is no more sin, there will continue to be corruption and lawlessness.

In the interim, we who are aware of this are obligated to keep fighting the wrongs in our country and societies.
