They get these records from mulitple sources.

Under my maiden name, I'm listed as living in the rental house my Hex moved into after separation. Never lived there. The records also include his phone number.

Weird felling, aint it? I had the same thing happen after my ex and I split up '91. I was listed as residing at two of her post divorce addresses for awhile, the more recent one being the address she lived at with her BF/Husband and first sprog.

This is infurating. I don't have the extra money to afford to get the whole report. My deceased mom and dad and sister are there. So am I ,as well as having my current husband listed as living with my ex!

I requested it be removed because who knows who could use this. Especially the ss# of my deceased family.

Did you receive annoying and mostly junk mail addressed to your Ex for a long time after splitzville? I did! Rarely now, but an occasional piece of junk mail is still addressed to him at my current address.

I remember a year or so after splitzville, I received a subscription postcard addressed to the Hex from Playboy Mag. It had a picture of a scantily dressed woman saying she would take it all off for him (meaning a reduced subscription rate, of course). I got out my pen, crossed out my address, added his current address and a note to the Postman saying please make sure this mail is forwarded to ____ _____. Next time I saw the postman, he was laughing his hinney off. I thought the new missus would appreciate the forwarded mail.

Hex did have a subscription to Playboy some of our married years and I tolerated it because I thought he "only looked." The new missus who was also married w/children knows better because he and she had an affair. The Ho's Ex and me discovered after learning about these extra-curricular activities, that this wasn't the first time either of our former spouses had cheated.

I don't get mail addressed to my ex, but I still get mail addressed to me under my former married name (divorce was 10 years ago).
