Zimbabwean Economist Predicts 400,000% inflation in 2008

Here is an image of a spreadsheet produced by Robertson, who has done excellent work in Zimbabwe. He is speculating about the introduction of balance of payments support. I am not sure if that will happen.

But if you will look at his calculations he is expecting inflation to hit a staggering 400,000% by September 2008! This is quite achievable.

The state of that country is shocking. It will probably become a text book for some of the worst inflation in all of history.

My husband was joking when he saw this.....he said it's probably the only place we could retire....just wouldn't live long enough to say hi.

basically what happens is these countries are ran into the ground by Barron Robbers then good Ole "Retarded" USA runs in to save the day on your great - Great - Great Grand Babies dime

But they have their King and court living in royalty. What do you expect from one of the most corrupt nations on earth along with many other African nations. The ANC is a disaster and Africa nations used to be able to produce enough to feed themselves, now most all of them can't outside of South Africa.

They literally bit the hand that fed them and now what? Royality are living well though.....ready for that here?

CNN today showed a fruit stand and one of their bills that was equivalent to $25. They said that the bill couldn't even buy one of the pieces of fruit at the fruit stand. They said that if you go to the grocery store, the prices actually increase from the time you grab the cart until the time you leave.
