Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) has endorsed Idaho Governor Jim Risch for US Senate because of his strong stance against any form of Amnesty for illegal aliens and his support for more immigration enforcement.
"Illegal immigration is a top issue on voters minds and we want them to know Jim Risch will stand firm against Amnesty, when the legislation reemerges in the US Senate in early 2009." said William Gheen of ALIPAC. "Illegal immigration is starting to reverse across America and we need more immigration enforcement not Amnesty."
Jim Risch's opponent, Democrat Larry Larocco, supports Comprehensive Immigration Reform Amnesty and clearly states on his website that he opposes deportation for illegal aliens and will support the Amnesty bills, which were defeated in 2006 and 2007 due to massive public opposition.
"Voters have a clear choice in Idaho's Senate race," said William Gheen. "Risch opposes Amnesty for illegal aliens and Larocco supports Comprehensive Immigration Reform Amnesty for illegal aliens which would turn them all into voters."
