District Information

Please give a brief description of your district:
It's a new district that draws in a broad range of urban and rural issues. The rural counties are owned, managed and controlled by the federal government. Ranchers are concerned about the drug cartels that are armed and surrounding them in the hillsides where they grow marijuana. Other farmers can't make a profit without hiring illegal aliens because of farm subsidies and environmental regulations. Construction companies cannot compete with those companies that hire illegals. Immigration is a very controversial issue here. Many throughout the district have been negatively effected by the current immigration polices and lack of enforcement.

Percentage of Democratic, Republican, and Unaffiliated Voters:
16%+ Republican with independents who will also fit into the "leaning Republican" category.

10 Survey Questions

(Please describe your beliefs on the following with a number 1-10 or with the response Undecided (1=Strongly Disagree, 2-4=Disagree, 5=Neutral, 6-9 Agree, 10=Strongly Agree)

If elected/reelected to Congress I will stop Obama's Department of Justice lawsuits against states like Arizona, South Carolina, and Alabama that are tying to stop illegal immigration with state legislation. (1-10) 10

As a member of Congress I will use the full power of my office, including impeachment if necessary, to ensure the Executive Branch starts to enforce our existing border and immigration laws. (1-10) 10

Illegal Immigrants should be deported when detected in the interior of the US. (1-10) 10

I will oppose any form of Amnesty or path to citizenship for illegal immigrants currently in the US because allowing them to become voters would destroy future immigration enforcement efforts. (1-10) 10

If I am elected/reelected to office, I will use the full power of my office to end Obama's prosecutor discretion Amnesty for illegal aliens that was decried via Executive memo and designed to bypass the Congress and the current immigration laws of the United States. (1-10) 10

I support Comprehensive Immigration ENFORCEMENT of America's popularly supported existing immigration and border laws, which will reverse illegal immigration in America. (1-10) 10

I believe that illegal immigration constitutes a form of invasion that all states should be protected against according to Article IV. Section 4 the US Constitution. (1-10) 10 (I'm glad you are using that. It is one I have used as well.)

If elected/reelected to office, I will use the full power of my office to assure all federal employees and elected officials involved with the Gunwalker Fast and Furious Scandal face justice through criminal trials even if the investigation continues to suggest that employees and officials in the White House were involved. (1-10) 10

I oppose any non-emergency taxpayer benefits for illegal aliens, including welfare, food stamps, licenses, and in-state tuition subsidies. (1-10) 10

I believe that employers who intentionally hire illegal aliens should be heavily fined. (1-10) 10 (I support E-Verify and the petition campaigns in our local communities to implement employer strategies)

ALIPAC PLEDGE

If elected or re-elected to the US Congress, I will oppose any form of Amnesty or path to citizenship for illegal aliens, including Comprehensive Immigration Reform which would make millions of illegal immigrants voters thus destroying future borders of America. I will use the full power of my office, including impeachment if necessary, to insure the Executive Branch secures America's border immediately and begins to adequately enforce the existing immigration and border laws of the United States, which were enacted by Congress at the behest of America's citizenry. I understand that the failure of the Executive Branch to secure our borders and enforce existing immigration laws is depriving all Americans of a Republican form of government and depriving our states of protection from invasion as mandated by the US Constitution Article 4 Section 4. I will reverse Obama's executive memo instructing federal prosecutors to grant a form of Amnesty to illegal aliens via 'prosecutor discretion' and I will work to assure that all federal employees and office holders (including White House officials and employees) responsible for using US tax monies to buy assault weapons for the organized crime cartels importing illegal aliens and drugs into America will face trial. I intend to use the power of Congress to immediately remedy this problem that is costing many Americans their jobs, wages, taxpayer resources, property, security, and sometimes their very lives.

So help me God,
Cherilyn Eagar

PS…I attended an immigration presentation at the UN last year. Please watch what it is doing. I'm convinced that the UN is driving US non-action and amnesty. The presenters described a world in which people could come and go between nations, touch down, register for "citizenship", vote, and even run for office – in multiple nations. This was unbelievable – the "one world" view actually. I've attended UN conferences on a variety of issues. I can reasonably and safely say the UN is directing US policy on all fronts, including immigration. So much money is behind this movement.
