Don't forget to call:
Landrieu, Mary L.- (D - LA)
724 HART SENATE OFFICE BUILDING WASHINGTON DC 20510
(202) 224-5824
I just spoke to her staffer and I think she can be swayed. It's very possible to get her to vote NO on all 3 issues: DREAM Act, and H1B and H2-B's. They are getting a lot of calls.
Play up the DHS opposition that was in the Washington Times article.

I'm doing phones today. Today I received this email back from DeMint:

Thank you for contacting me to express your opposition to the
Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors (DREAM) Act. I
appreciate hearing from you.
As you may know, Senator Richard Durbin of Illinois introduced the
DREAM Act. This legislation would provide a path to citizenship for the
children of illegal immigrants who meet certain conditions, such as
graduating from an American high school. Additionally, this legislation
would allow these individuals to receive in-state tuition at higher
education institutions.
Currently, this bill has been introduced as an amendment to the Defense
Authorization Act . I will keep your thoughts in mind if and when this
amendment is considered on the Senate floor.
Rest assured that I will continue to fight for strict border security
and enforcement of our immigration laws, opposing any legislation that
encourages illegal immigration or grants amnesty for people who have
entered the United States illegally.
Thank you again for sharing your views with me. Please feel free to
contact me in the future about any issue important to you or your
family. It is an honor to serve you and the people of South Carolina .
Sincerely,
Jim DeMint
United States Senator
