Called Sen. Thunes office asked staffer to relay message that I would like him to vote against the "dream amnasty" ammendment and that it is an embarrassment to have our representatives attempting to help those who illegally entered our country while making those who are citizen tax payers foot the bills.
She didn't seem too happy with my opinion.
Head 'em up,move 'em out. Rawhide!

Sens. Hutchison's line busy, and McConnell's office I'm continually put on hold.
Do we have a response from Sen. Snow in Maine? The only toll-free number I can find for her has to be dialed in Maine.
Senator Craig showed up today to vote. Per staffer, "no coordination and know way to know if these amendments will come up so he doesn't know how he'll vote". I mentioned his pro-amnesty stand and asked if he has now changed that position and become an American. Staffer just noted my opposition to Dream.
Craig (R-ID) 202-224-2752
what about senator McClintock? Isnt' he voting..
The score may be even, but they need to be reminded that the vast majority of callers in support of the amendment are not legal citizens of this country, and have no vote. Conversely, those opposed are legal U.S. citizens. They represent us, not illegal aliens.Quote:

Called Byrd's office and they have no position as yet. Her first question is where am I calling from. Yet, she let me speak. I told her, "we had three Mexican students drape Mexican flags over their graduation gowns. That is a complete slap in the face to American citizens who have given them a free education and we are tired of it. Plus I don't illegal alien kids getting in front of line before our kids in military who want educational benefits.
Not friendly but obviously getting calls.
REMEMBER TO SAY THAT MOST IN SUPPORT WHO ARE CALLING ARE ILLEGALS AND CANNOT BE REPRESENTED OVER CITIZENS
McCaskill, Grassley, Cornyn NO according to calls I made.Quote:
