Lt. Col. Terry Lakin announced on March 30, 2010, that he could no longer follow orders because of the uncertainty around Obama's constitutional eligibility to be president and commander-in-chief


(Dec. 6, 2010) — Three rallies were held in the state of Arizona today in support of Army flight surgeon Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, who is scheduled to be court-martialed in a court of no authority on December 14, 2010 for refusing to follow orders from his chain of command.

On March 30, 2010, Lakin announced in a video that he could no longer comply with any orders issued from his military superiors, as his question regarding the eligibility of the putative commander-in-chief had gone unanswered for more than a year.

Lakin’s decision was based on the fact that no conclusive proof that Obama was born in Hawaii, as he claims, has ever been presented. Rather, evidence exists which points to a birth in Kenya as claimed by Atty. Philip Berg in a lawsuit filed in Pennsylvania which eventually reached the U.S. Supreme Court but was dismissed.

There have been several reports in African newspapers that Obama was born in Kenya or Tanzania, and his wife Michelle has also described Kenya as Obama’s “home country.â€

Okay. For more than 24 months, we've been thru the process all over the civilian courts side of things. And now it looks like the military side of things is coming to a close.

Thousands of folks posting hundreds of comments on scores of blogs have done their level best to get to the truth. All for naught. And now, we're facing the likelyhood that a DECORATED Army veteran is going to be hung out, left to swing in the wind.

JUST WHERE ARE WE, PEOPLE, WHEN WE OVERLAY OUR CIRCUMSTANCES EXTANT OVER THE CHRONOLOGY OF EVENTS CIRCA 1776?

Or, perhaps there IS no end game; we'll simply soldier on, in the vague hope that 'someone, somehow, sometime' will magically appear and make everything better.

A majority of concerned citizens might recognize some of the below words. Most of us likely were assigned, during our high school years, to memorize parts of the document from which it is taken. Where are we today, in our own 'long train of abuses'?

"Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. This one puzzles me. Wouldn't this requirement already be defined in the state law? I made a post about a week ago that maybe another way to direct this effort against Obama is to request that the state electoral documents be investigated for the "constitutional eligibility" paragraph that was left off of 49 of 50 states.

Perhaps the new Congress that begins at noon on Jan. 3rd will be less threatening to judges who feared impeachment for hearing an eligibility case against Mr. Obama. Perhaps a new perestroika will bode well for Dr. Taitz's lawsuit.
