Since there are numerous cases in the system, and all are heading for SCOTUS, perhaps the justices also discussed taking just one case, then looked at the summaries of all to help them decide.

Personally, I feel that this is the death blow to the constitution and it will be decided that WE THE PEOPLE do not have standing to question anything our government does. This is what saddens and scares me most of all.

At least we still have the Right to perform the last great act in defiance of tyranny. What troubles me, is why it must get down to the use of brute force. And from all outward appearances, we the people will not have many choices other than standing up like the colonists did against a tyrannical uncaring and abusive sovereign in King George III.

These really are the times that try men's souls.

Were all a bunch of suckers!!!! No one has the right anymore to question anyone in our govt. Sad sad day to see our constituntion disregarded to being a meaningless document stuck forever in a glass case. All it is anymore is a remnant, and old piece of art in a museum that used to mean something!

A California public interest legal group has taken on a high-profile battle that already has at least three entire law firms lining up on the other side. But the group has promised to fight until a resolution is reached in the dispute over Barack Obama's eligibility to be president.

The legal action by the United States Justice Foundation seeks to stop the state's Electoral College voters, who already have been served with formal notices, from voting for Obama unless and until documentation proving his eligibility to occupy the Oval Office has been provided.

You do recognize the fallacies in Mr. Kessler's article, don't you?

a. Barack Obama II was born in Hawaii, as proven by the Certification of Live Birth.
b. FactCheck has verified the original short form birth certificate as authentic.
c. Chiyome Fukino, MD, verified Barack Obama's birth in Honolulu.
d. The birth announcement in the Honolulu Advertiser is corroborating testimony to the birth certificate on the internet.
e. Berg falsely claimed to have a tape of Mama Sarah saying that she was present at the birth of her grandson in Kenya.
f. According to Berg and the conspiracy theorists, the Obama Sr. family traveled to Hawaii and registered the birth, because they knew that Obama would some day run for president.
g. The McCain campaign lawyers looked into the allegations about Obama's birth and found them to be bogus.

Which of these were true? Which were false?

a. FALSE.
Barack Obama II may have been born in Hawaii or in Kenya (or even in Canada). There is conflicting evidence (although most of it points to Kenya). But the Certification of Live Birth proves nothing. His mother could have orally provided that information on the word of one witness and herself. If he had been born in Kenya, the Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth could still have been issued, with "Kenya" in box 7 c., County and State or Foreign Country. This is an example of an Hawai'i Certificate of Live Birth.

And besides, we don't really have the Certification of Live Birth. All we have is four .jpg images of a forged Certification, labeled as such by three counterfeiting and fraud investigators. The four computer images do not match, and the earliest one doesn't even have an embossed seal.

b. FALSE.
FactCheck examined a short form Certification provided second-hand, through the Obama campaign, not directly from the Hawaii Dept. of Health. Let's not talk about the funding connection between the Annenberg Foundation and FactCheck.

c. FALSE.
Dr. Fukino said nothing of the kind. She verified a birth certificate in Hawaii, not a birth in Hawaii.

Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said Friday she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama's original birth certificate.

"There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama's official birth certificate," said Chiyome Fukino. "State law prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record."

Citing her statutory authority to oversee and maintain Hawaii's vital records, Fukino said she has "personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record…"

She specifically did not say that the "birth certificate on record" was the long form Certificate of Live Birth; she may have meant the short form Certification. She did not say that the birth certificate showed Barack Obama II was born in Honolulu or in Hawaii. She did not even say that she has looked at the information on the birth certificate; indeed, it is against Hawaii law for her to do so.

d. FALSE.
The birth announcement in the newspaper proves nothing. The hospitals do not give the newspaper confirmation of births. His grandmother could have called in the notice to the paper. And besides, the notice only announces who were the parents and when the birth occurred, not where.

e. FALSE.
Berg claimed to have a tape of Mama Sarah saying that she was present at Barack Obama II's birth.

Barack Obama, Sr., may have traveled to Hawaii with his wife in August, 1961. I don't know. His wife may have hurried back to Hawaii with her newborn in order to register him as Hawaiian, and possibly, even to register him as born in Hawaii, if she could get a witness... her mother, maybe? She probably had her own good reasons for wanting him to be a U.S. citizen rather than a British protected citizen. You might consider Mr. Kessler's conjecture about a deceased person's motives to be foolishness or downright silly, except that some Obots probably believe it.

g. TRUE... well, almost.
The McCain lawyers looked into the allegations about Obama's birth, but they didn't study the material thoroughly enough to understand it. So they thought the allegations were bogus. Maybe if they had pored over the evidence day and night for a month, they would have come to the correct conclusion. But they didn't.

1) Ex-Sen. Obama has NEVER presented his typewritten, long form Certificate of Live Birth to any election official, state or federal.

Barack Obama's secrecy about his long form Certificate of Live Birth is matched only by his secrecy in withholding his hospital records from Queens Medical Center and Kapiolani Women's and Children's Hospital in Honolulu; his Punahou School records; his admissions forms, financial aid applications, and transcripts from Occidental College, Columbia University, and Harvard Law School; his faculty records from the University of Chicage; his Illinois State Senate records (lost); his passport record and his repatriation papers after his citizenship in Indonesia and again after renewing his Indonesian passport to travel to Pakistan. Even officials in Kenya say that his birth records there are "top secret" and "classified" - without saying whether they exist.

You don't spend 3/4 of a million dollars on three law firms to block access to a piece of paper that you could release for $12 and make the legal hassles go away. OBAMA IS HIDING SOMETHING VERY DAMAGING.

2) Mama Sarah, in a conversation about her grandson (not her son), is on tape saying, in the Luo dialect of Swahili, "Barack ñate dhailani," or "Barack born in village". But it is not just ex-Sen. Obama's step-grandmother that says that. The Kenyan Ambassador to the U.S in Washington, D.C., H.E. Peter Ogego, is on tape speaking of President-elect Obama's birthplace in Kenya. Barack Obama II's half-sister and half-brother in Kenya have stated that he was born there. Reaching out to the Hispanic community, Obama's pick for secretary of commerce, Gov. Bill Richardson, accidentally admitted, "Barack Obama is an immigrant."

Clark and Fellhauer, announcers at WRIF radio in Detroit, interviewed the Kenyan Ambassador, H.E. Peter Ogego.

Clark: "We want to congratulate you on Barack Obama, our new president, and you must be very proud."

Ogego: "We are. We are. We are also proud of the U.S. for having made history as well."

Fellhauer: "One more quick question, President-elect Obama's birthplace over in Kenya, is that going to be a national spot to go visit, where he was born?"

Ogego: "It's already an attraction. His paternal grandmother is still alive."

Fellhauer: "His birthplace, they'll put up a marker there?"

Ogego: "It would depend on the government. It's already well known."

Ogego's assistant insisted he was speaking about Barack Obama Sr., and not President-elect Obama.

Then, was Mr. Ogego saying that the grandmother of Barack Obama Sr. (1936-1982) is still alive? Someone please call Guinness World Records.

Barack Obama II's half-sister and half-brother in Kenya have also stated that he was born in Kenya. In fact, just about anyone you ask in Kenya, or in Uganda, for that matter, will tell you that President-elect Barack Obama was born in Kenya. The Kenyan government declared the day after the U.S. election a holiday for the entire nation of Kenya.

There is no record of Obama Sr. going back to Kenya during the time frame. It would have been extremely expensive and difficult, especially for a pregnant woman at the time. They were not affluent at that time.

Also, Mama Sarah is not his paternal grandmother, she is a subsequent wife of Obama Sr.

McCain would have been a naturalized President and Obama birthright is being questioned.

Let's check all 300 million citizens for birthrights to be American Citizens. One solution to the overpopulation and deport all illegals.
