The Not Taxed Nearly Enough Party
Posted by Thomas DiLorenzo on June 12, 2012 07:26 AM
I speak of course of the Republicans as well as the Democrats who together form The Party of Government. Baby Bush (a.k.a. "Jeb," brother of "Dub-Yuh," endorser of Willard) whines and cries that there are elements of the Republican Party today who believe they are taxed enough already and oppose further tax increases.
He cannot stand the fact that there are people who question the notion that prosperity is created by taking money from hard-working taxpayers and giving it to government bureaucrats to spend (That's called "Keynesian economics" to those readers who have not studied economics).
He gratuitously praises his father for reneging on his "Read My Lips, No New Taxes" promise (which caused him to lose the election to Bill Clinton), and his brother Dub-Yuh for raising taxes, expanding the welfare state, and becoming an even bigger domestic spender than Lyndon Johnson was.
Such talk is bound to get "Jeb" what he wants — coverage in the New York Times and Washington Post calling him a "statesman." He may even get a favorable mention by Paul Krugman, which would surely send a chill up his leg.

The ‘Lesser Of Two Evils’ Con-Game
http://www.zerohedge.com/sites/defau...amaromney3.jpg
The moral relativism of the “lesser of two evils” philosophy has been draining the heart and soul of America for decades. Many of us in the Liberty Movement understand that it is nothing new, and have come to expect the abusive and emaciated logic it entails from time to time. However, over the course of the past year it has become apparent to me that the talking points and propaganda that drive the hypocritical worldview are being utilized on an even grander scale than ever before. This fact struck me quite sharply while attending a local GOP Lincoln/Reagan dinner event while I was attempting to gauge the overall danger our country would be facing from potential RINO (Republican In Name Only) sellouts as well as what our hopes were for a possible political solution at the local and state level. The “conservative” rally was, to say the least, disappointing.
One thing that stood out plainly at this event, though, was that there was an overall template; an action plan, a message that had been pre-engineered. Someone had sent out a memo, or an email, or a guide, or perhaps beamed talking points directly into the cyborg brains of these political hacks. Their rhetoric was repetitive and uniform and dry like elbow skin. The demand was clearly stated; regardless of who won the Republican Primaries, no matter how unprincipled, how unconstitutional, how despicable, it was our “duty” as conservatives to back them through the national elections. Obama and the Democrats had to be defeated at all costs…
Now, one of the first tenets or rules that a person learns when delving into the Liberty Movement is that there is no such thing as political parties in America today. There are no conflicting interests in Washington D.C. There is no “grand battle” between left and right for the minds of the masses.
It is a sham. A con. A fantasy. A false paradigm.
In reality, the leaderships of both fraudulent parties support essentially the same methodology, and that methodology could be summarized thus: Centralize everything, globalize everything, control everything, grow government power, reduce the effectiveness of the citizenry, turn the public against each other, rob them while they’re distracted. If an American does not understand this dynamic and how it is used to dominate the ebb and flow of our culture, then that American knows nothing. He is lost…
Sadly, even those of us who should very well know better than to fall into the false left/right paradigm trap do so on occasion, as has been made painfully obvious by the foolhardy actions of Rand Paul and his blank check endorsement of Mitt Romney. Certainly, this epic blunder, which seems to me to be a blind stab at political maneuvering on the part of Ron Paul’s son, has set off an angry firestorm amongst true Constitutionalists who know every lie Mitt Romney has ever told. People are using words like “betrayal”, and “traitor”, and with good reason, but let’s look at this calamity from the other side of things for a moment…
There are others out there who would applaud Rand Paul’s decision. While many of them will openly admit that they do not feel very secure in the shadow of a Romney presidency, they still rationalize their position by making the “lesser of two evils” argument. “America may be going off the edge of a cliff”, they say, “but at least Romney won’t press the gas peddle as hard as Obama”. Here are just a few of the many reasons why this way of thinking will lead to the end of our society as we know it…
Lesser Of Two Evils? There’s No Such Thing…
First of all, asserting that there is such a thing as a “lesser of two evils” is an act of naivety. It relies on a very dangerous assumption; that one can somehow quantify which candidate is going to hurt the country less. I’ve even read essays by people who pretend they can mathematically delineate the “more evil” of the evils! Not surprisingly, their “logic” invariably leads them to proclaim the lesser evil to be the candidate of the party they happen to belong to. Ignorant Republicans always see the Democrat as the greater evil, while ignorant Democrats always see the Republican as the ultimate monster.
Here’s some math for you: there are two candidates for President of the United States, one is a cannibalistic serial killer who plans to murder 20 more people with his own hands while in office. The other is a cannibalistic serial killer who only plans to kill 19 innocents personally. Which candidate do you support?
The correct answer is NEITHER.
Unless you are a fan of murder, there is no inherent difference between these two demonic bureaucrats. They both stand in opposition to the guiding principles of inborn conscience, as well as the protections provided by the laws of free people. The fact that one man will do slightly less damage during his reign is irrelevant. Is a choice between Stalin and Hitler, for instance, really a choice at all? Which one is the "lesser evil" in this equation?
Some may argue that this comparison is a bit over the top. I beg to differ. Presidents have the power not only to maim and kill en mass, but they also have the power to dismantle the laws which protect our civil liberties. To drive the point home as far as Romney and Obama are concerned, let’s watch the following video, which removes the blinders and exposes these two charlatans for what they really are; two peas in a pod:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IWDJE...layer_embedded
A refusal to vote, or a vote for a third party, is not a vote for Obama, or a vote for Romney, but a vote against the charade.
There is no such thing as a “lesser evil”. Either a candidate follows the path of truth and honor, or he does not. If he does, he deserves our support. If he does not, or if both candidates are criminals, then they both must be tossed to the wayside. Just because the system has deliberately limited our choices does not mean we are required to participate in the flim-flam.
Participation Is A Duty?
I have also heard the argument that by refusing to participate within the system, and by refusing to choose a specimen from the carnival of horrors we are presented every election cycle, we are doing more harm to America than good. This is the most prevalent falsehood of our era.
The bottom line is, Americans have been dancing in the lesser of two evils pageantry for generations and our Constitutional shield has only been further degraded and destroyed in that time. I defy anyone to show how choosing Obama over McCain, or Bush over Gore, or Clinton over Bush Sr. has helped this country or its people. Where are these illusory advantages and benefits of participation? Where has our country gone while the public fettered away years trying to decide which ghoul to hand over the scepter of empire to? Or, the ultimate question; what specifically have they achieved? Have they gained anything? Has any minutia of our lives been made better by following the “lesser of two evils theory”? Only a fool would claim yes…
One might argue that a non-vote is the same as putting all bad candidates on the same footing, and that this would be “wrong”. I disagree. In an election in which all candidates share the same disparaging policies, they are ALREADY on the same footing. We simply refuse to give the farce legitimacy by casting our vote for any one of them.
In the game of chess, the primary goal is to diminish your opponent’s options. To force him into a corner where, no matter which choice he makes, he loses. Chess, however, is not life. In life, intelligent and creative individuals have the ability to walk away from the board completely and implement their own solutions. The more we continue to participate in the rigged game, and the more we continue to view the future as a series of self contained boundaries administered by the establishment instead of a wide open frontier in which all is possible, the more we will lose, until there is nothing left.
Only Cowards Compromise In The Face Of Evil
Good does not compromise with evil. As stated above, there is nothing to be gained by it. I find that the people most prone to suggesting or demanding compromise with oligarchs and tyrants are usually cowards who have never faced down any legitimate struggle in their lives with any passion. But, how do they sell this stunted philosophy to others? The illusion here is one of “reason” or “objectivity”.
Fearful men often use the guise of objectivity (even if they are not) to avoid confrontation, especially confrontation with a supposed authority figure or government. Strangely, their powers of reason and deduction invariably seem to lead them to subservience to the establishment structure. Compromise, for them, is a way to protect their flailing egos by playing the role of the “even handed citizen” while at the same time crawling towards servitude.
The argument to this position would, of course, be that many in the Liberty Movement compromise with evil everyday. That we follow laws we disagree with and that we find reprehensible, and that this makes us somehow “hypocritical”. I would say that this is a very narrow and disingenuous view.
Free minded people do not “follow” reprehensible laws so much as tolerate them while working to dismantle them (“following” infers acceptance). Being honorable and generally of good will, we look for peaceful avenues of redress and change. But, if those avenues are closed to us, and if the injustices expand, the free minded become freedom fighters. Dissent and even revolution are inevitable in the face of tyranny. It is an undeniable feature of human nature.
What I find most interesting though is the conundrum that this conflict of interest creates for the skeptical establishment slave. If the Liberty Movement tolerates bad law while searching for a peaceful path towards change, they call us hypocritical. If the Liberty Movement abandons tolerance and bring force to bear against tyranny and its abuse of the law, they call us “fringe extremists”. Apparently, the only way we can be correct in the eyes of self proclaimed objectivists is if we bow to the constraints of the system, sit back, keep our mouths shut, and enjoy the bread and circuses.
The Greatest Evil Is Moral Relativism
Collectivist governments seek to encourage extreme moral flexibility. Totalitarian regimes cannot survive otherwise. The lesser of two evils sales pitch is, in the end, an extension of the methodology of moral relativism. It trains us to embrace the status quo, whether we like it or not, and to continuously rationalize our adherence to the sham just to get through the day. The mental gymnastics we are required to perform become more complex and unstable. Eventually, in order to ease our consciences which are screaming in agony at the pit of our chests, we have to stop caring about anything, and just go through the motions of participation.
This is not the way to freedom.
There are other ways to secure liberty beyond elections, but for these strategies to be effective, we have to stop asking for permission from the establishment before we take action. Perhaps you seek to step outside the box and away from the controlled paradigm. Perhaps you seek to confront the system head on, either exposing its duplicity and evil, or erasing it as an obstacle completely. The system, its laws, and its political theater are of no consequence, especially when it has been so corrupted.
Moral relativists, though keen on the idea of mutable law, enjoy the trappings of the law as long as it is to their benefit. The law, as I have pointed out in the past, is arbitrary, and always has been. The only true law is the law of inherent and universal conscience. My conscience, as with most other people, tells me that choosing the “lesser of two evils” (an illogical abstraction) sends a message to the elitists that manipulate our culture that I am willing to help them perpetuate their fiction. I become an accomplice in the crime. I commit self mutilation. I give power to the lie.
Such institutionalized misery can only be undone by uncompromising men and women who put principles and conscience before comfort, or even before their own lives. All throughout history, this is how wrong is undone. No society ever changed for the better by casting aside their beliefs and their individualism. No society ever changed for the better by choosing the lesser of two evils. No society ever changed for the better by holding out the hand of friendship to despots, maniacs, and con-men in the hopes that they would be spared just a little less tragedy before their time on this Earth is over…

Breaking: Ron Paul Wins Delegates In New Mexico!

Delegates
New Mexico
"There is a report that six of the newly elected delegates to the RNC from New Mexico are Ron Paul supporters. This happened last Saturday at the GOP State Convention. Nine other Ron Paul supporters were elected as alternate delegates. Amazing. According to the Romney campaign they will still have to vote for Mitt Romney in Tampa. New Mexico will be represented by only 20 delegates, so this is a significant haul.
Meanwhile, the Mitt Romney campaign continues to fight Ron Paul supporters at every level. It is like the Russo-German front in World War Two. Take no prisoners. Break bones if you have to. In Nevada, having been duly outvoted, his campaign is now rumored to be supporting a bogus, pro Romney appointed slate. It is as if they are afraid of losing the nomination."

Ron Paul scores surprise delegates in New Mexico!

In Nevada, having been duly outvoted, his campaign is now rumored to be supporting a bogus, pro Romney appointed slate. It is as if they are afraid of losing the nomination.
The fact is that we can’t stop them from winning the nomination but they can’t stop us from fielding delegates either. So why the fuss? We will be there. We will be a presence. If they leave it alone, there will be hundreds of us, maybe a thousand. And the GOP will have what they need, youth, Hispanics, Independents, the very voters that represent the best chance of a general election win, not to mention the future. If they keep fighting us they will diminish the numbers but we will still be there. So why fight?
The Romney campaign’s paranoia over Ron Paul supporters sometimes reaches comical proportions. In one state they asked questions to eliminate potential Ron Paul supporters filing as delegates. Youth, of course, are suspect, so your age alone can get you eliminated. And Hispanics, who vote in huge numbers for Ron Paul, are sometimes targets. In New Mexico the Romney people struck from the list a Hispanic couple who actually, ironically, supported their man. Longtime Republican activists, they were reportedly dropped for having Latino sounding names.

Ron Paul 2012
Texas
I was a delegate this past week at the Texas State GOP Convention and wanted to let everyone on Daily Paul know that we did great and this movement is far from over despite all the attention the Rand Paul comments are getting. It was an amazing few days for the cause of liberty despite the establishment using childish tactic such as scheduling Ron Paul's speech while half the senatorial districts were still in the middle of their caucuses. It also looks like we might of pulled away with the slight majority of delegates.
This nomination process is far from over and lets start getting back to work instead of letting Rand's comments overshadow all of the success we've been having. And if anyone has any pictures or video from the Texas convention, PLEASE post them on daily paul.

Mitt Romney - Disqualified At The RNC For Cheating?

Mitt Romney used every vote fraud trick in the book. There is literally a MOUNTAIN of well documented, hard evidence to present to the RNC legal counsel in Tampa Bay.
Mitt Romney stole one too many votes out of Ron Paul's cookie jar, and he got caught doing it on camera.

Nevada, Maine, Louisiana, Arizona, Colorado, Washington, Iowa, Oklahoma just to name more than a few. Romney tried to rig these state conventions, and the evidence is indisputable and overwhelming.
He cheated in a major way.
Romney and his minions dislocated prostheic hips, broke fingers, had delegates put under false arrest, turned out the lights, locked the doors, punched a man in the head, created FAKE delegate slates, stuffed ballot boxes, and did NOT follow Robert's Rules of Order!!!!!
Romney broke the GOP's own rules. He did not play fair and square, and got caught with his hands in Ron Paul's cookie jar.
So what is the RNC legal counsel going to do when they're presented with undeniable video evidence of fraud? They're going to want to wash their hands clean of Mitt Romney.

The ‘Lesser Of Two Evils’ Con-Game
Brandon Smith, Contributor

No society ever changed for the better by holding out the hand of friendship to despots, maniacs, and con-men in the hopes that they would be spared just a little less tragedy before their time on this Earth is over.

Last week, Ron Paul sent an email to supporters that indicated that he doesn’t expect to have enough delegates to win the GOP nomination. Subsequently, Rand Paul has endorsed Mitt Romney.
Today, some of Ron Paul’s supporters are hurting, frustrated, demoralized.
Ron Paul’s rEVOLutionaries may not have yet won the war, but they have won so many political battles in recent times that their chances in the war are looking better than many of them would have dared to imagine even a year ago
Paul’s supporters have taken over the top positions and platform of the GOP in state after state. Even where they have not, the new blood in the party is overwhelmingly liberty-orientated. Most new political activists join the fight on their side while nearly all of those who are leaving the field are fighting for the old guard. The enthusiasm of the under 35s and at the universities is extraordinary. Most of Paul’s pet issues are now mainstream. Registration with both main parties has been falling – except for the recent turn-around in GOP registration caused by people becoming Republican to support Ron Paul.
Most importantly, Americans who are fighting for liberty are no longer wet behind the ears: they know what to expect – the stuffing of ballot boxes, being thrown out of party meetings, having the cops called on them, even violence. Next time, they can prepare. Moreover, they know who they are, and that they are the most numerous bunch of rabid activists the country has right now - and probably for as long as they choose to remain so.
In a rather excellent video, Israel Anderson of Ron Paul Flix, recently exhorted the Liberty movement to keep its eyes on the prize - which was always bigger than the presidency: it is the country. Anderson rightly points out that a myriad elected offices nationwide are unfilled or filled in uncontested elections. Liberty rEVOLutionaries should be standing for every single one of them, as Israel says, from Sheriff to Dog Catcher. Relative to everything the movement has brought to bear on the Presidential campaign, this is low-hanging fruit: easy to do with a huge upside.
Meanwhile, Paul’s supporters go to the convention in Tampa with a moral mandate to do whatever it takes to publicize what has been done to them by the G.O.P.owers that be. While disqualification of Romney as the beneficiary of outright wrongdoing is unlikely, Paul’s delegates – which may well number 500 - could still choose to vote their consciences at the convention (rather than following the supposed “binding rules”, which may not be legal anyway). After all, the Party cannot credibly ask anyone to follow a rule book that it already tore up to ensure their man would win. This is by way of saying that if the success of the campaign is measured by the effect it has on the country, the best may yet be to come.
But what should the Liberty movement do the day after the convention if Paul loses? The correct answer is, “exactly what it was doing the day before the convention”: Paul has said consistently that it’s not about him, the man, but about the message he carries. It’s not about his campaign, but about the country he loves. Apart from everything else, then, we do a disservice not only to Liberty, but also to the man, if we let the end of his campaign translate into a dip in our efforts to spread the message until it has infected our entire political system.
One of the best outcomes of Ron Paul 2012 is the discovery that the Liberty movement is large enough, energetic enough and talented enough to do whatever still needs to be done. A few may feel differently right now, but that’s just because they’ve taken a sucker punch in the form of an unexpected setback, and they’re reeling. But that kind of shock arises not from the impossibility of the task, but from the inaccuracy of expectations. The correct response is to adjust one’s expectations – not one’s efforts.
After Tampa, many in the Liberty movement may be exhausted. They should take a breather - spend more time with families and less time posting videos … but just for a few days or weeks. Then, we must all come back to the fight stronger. Lives literally depend on it. Activists who are not sure what to do with their passion and energy when there’s no Presidential campaign on which to bring them to bear, should look again to Paul’s words: he has always said that those who love the Constitution and liberty should do whatever they are interested in and go wherever their passion lies. Such people are needed in every nook and cranny of society, after all.
But what about the small matter of the Presidential Election in November? (If it’s Obama vs. Romney, it really will be a small matter.)
I recently polled the Blue Republicans (former Democrats and Independents who’ve become Republican specifically to support Ron Paul) on whom they’d vote for if Paul isn’t nominated. The nearly one thousand responses yielded the following results: 80% will write-in Ron Paul in some way or another. 20% would vote Gary Johnson. Those who would choose their version of “the lesser of two evils” –Obama or Romney, according to taste – don’t even reach 1% combined.
Thank God for that.
My opinion is worth no more than the next man’s, but I am sure that a vote for Romney or Obama is a vote to give up everything that has been built in the liberty movement. It is to forget that we are playing the long game. It is to throw away an extraordinary opportunity to prove to the country that the new middle of American politics - the new swing vote – is a Constitutionalist liberty-loving block. In fact, it's not really "in the middle" at all - but entirely off the Left-Right axis. To write in Paul, (and in states where a write-in is a technological impossibility, perhaps a vote for Johnson,) puts the political class on notice that the best way to win over the non-partisan vote from here on out is to follow the Constitution and do nothing more to abuse our inalienable rights.
This is actually a very exciting possibility: precisely because Romney and Obama are in all ways that matter one and the same, the refusal of the Liberty movement to play ball on Nov. 6th could have a more immediate and deeper impact on the next four years of American politics than a vote between two Republicrat nominees.
How so? If the Liberty movement holds firm, it will now dominate the “new middle” of American politics: in a two-party Democracy, the median voter is the one that must be won over to secure a majority. His influence on policy is therefore disproportionate. By refusing to vote for someone whose politics are antithetical to their principles, Paul’s supporters exploit the weakness of this country’s political duopoly against that very duopoly – by forcing their principles to be accommodated by anyone or any party that must secure that middle to win a majority. The point is that the Liberty movement is not yet a majority of the GOP. But it is likely already be a majority of politically active Independents. That is power.
But we can only be the tail that wags the dog if we reduce the percentage of votes gained by both the Republican and the Democratic presidential candidates to significantly lower than any Republicrat presidential candidate has seen in decades. There are easily enough in the Liberty movement to do so – as long as we remember that in the pursuit of our goals, a vote for the Republicrats is a wasted vote.
Much to the chagrin of some of my purist libertarian friends, I have occasionally quoted Churchill on the dynamics of a nationwide fight against tyranny.
Forgive me if I do so again.
"Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end, but it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning."

I know some of you will chop me into pieces for this post but I truly believe that Ron Paul needs to talk more about his personal faith and what brought him to his insights. Give honour to the One that deserves honour...
We need Christians(I almost detest the word because of all false Christians) in power who understands liberty and who never will force anyone into their own faith...but they should not hide it. Being honest and upfront about your personal beliefs is NOT wrong. That is not the same as forcing your faith upon someone else.
I don't think we will see real blessings to this movement until Jesus name is put first...and I'm hoping that Dr. Paul will lead by setting an example. Please Dr. Paul, if you read this, talk about what Jesus did for you in your next speech. Let us know more about your insights from the Bible and why Jesus comes first in your life.
For many Jesus is the man who brought full freedom...not only in this world..but forever. Please don't hide this fact. Let him shine in truth and honour!
Let's change history for real...let us remember these years as dark years that was broken by the light and gave a new era of good times.
The alternative is not bright...it's up to all of us to show where real freedom comes from.
Please remember, the founders had only one king and it was Jesus.
BTW, feel free to correct my english. I'm from Sweden.

A MATTER OF NATIONAL SECURITY
A nation without borders is no nation at all.
It just doesn’t make sense to fight terrorists abroad while leaving our front door unlocked.
Unfortunately, for far too long, neither major political party has had the courage to do what is necessary to tackle the problem.
Instead, we’re presented with so-called “solutions” that involve amnesty proposals or further restricting Americans’ civil liberties through programs like REAL ID.
Ron Paul opposes both of these schemes and believes they will only make illegal immigration and the problems associated with it worse. He has been proud to see states exercising their Tenth Amendment rights and protecting their citizens by refusing to comply with the unconstitutional REAL ID law.
While the federal government neglects its constitutional responsibility to protect our borders, it continues to push mandates on the states to provide free education and medical care to illegal immigrants at a time when the states are drowning in debt. This must not be tolerated any longer.
Like most Americans, Ron Paul also understands just how valuable legal immigration is to our country.
Immigrants who want to work hard, obey our laws, and live the American Dream have always been great assets.
COMMON SENSE REFORMS
If elected President, Ron Paul will work to implement the following common sense reforms:
* Enforce Border Security – America should be guarding her own borders and enforcing her own laws instead of policing the world and implementing UN mandates.
* No Amnesty - The Obama Administration’s endorsement of so-called “Comprehensive Immigration Reform,” granting amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants, will only encourage more law-breaking.
* Abolish the Welfare State – Taxpayers cannot continue to pay the high costs to sustain this powerful incentive for illegal immigration. As Milton Friedman famously said, you can’t have open borders and a welfare state.
* End Birthright Citizenship – As long as illegal immigrants know their children born here will be granted U.S. citizenship, we’ll never be able to control our immigration problem.
* Protect Lawful Immigrants – As President, Ron Paul will encourage legal immigration by streamlining the entry process without rewarding lawbreakers.
As long as our borders remain wide open, the security and safety of the American people are at stake.
As President, Ron Paul will address immigration by fighting for effective solutions that protect our nation, uphold the rule of law, and respect every American citizen’s civil liberties.
Unlike R'Money A.K.A. Romney... Ron Paul does not Flip Flop
as a Matter of fact Mittens is using Marco Rubio to do a stealth Amnesty for Illegals via college
Maybe if Paul had this stance on illegal immigration during the primary's and debates he would be the Nom. right now!
Kinda late in the game to take a "Hardline Stance" against illegal immigration now that it's over!

GOP Delegates Revolt Against Romney & RNC
Submitted by Ben Parish on Wed, 06/13/2012 - 16:14
Ron Paul 2012
SANTA ANA, Calif. (CN) - In a revolt against Romney, 123 would-be convention delegates claim the Republican National Committee has used violence, intimidation and ballot stuffing to deter them from voting for the candidate of their choice on every ballot at the national convention, including the first.
All 123 named plaintiffs are from states in the 9th Circuit. They sued the Republican National Committee, its Chairman Reince Priebus, and every state party chairman in the 9th Circuit.
"Plaintiffs are delegates elected to nominate the Republican nominee for president of the United States at a national convention to be held commencing the week of August 27, 2012, in Tampa, Florida," the complaint states.
"Names [sic - recte: Named] plaintiffs and plaintiffs identified as Does 1 through 1,000 are residents of the United States, including all states within the jurisdiction of the 9th Circuit Federal Court who are duly elected delegates, alternate delegates, delegates elected by being denied certification due to their refusal to surrender their voting rights to vote in accordance with the free exercise of their conscience and not be bound to the nominee of defendant's choice."
The Republican rebels say they want to be "unbound to vote their conscience free from any intimidation from any person or entity."
The complaint continues: "Plaintiffs come to Federal Court to seek the guidance of the court regarding the federal question as to whether plaintiffs are free to vote their conscience on the first and all ballots at the federal election known as the Republican National Convention, or whether plaintiffs are bound to vote for a particular candidate as instructed by defendants' state party bylaws, or state laws, or the preference of political operatives seeking affidavits of loyalty to a particular candidate under penalty of perjury."
Citing 42 U.S.C., the plaintiffs claim it is illegal to try to force people to vote for a specific candidate: "'No person, whether acting under the color of law or otherwise, shall intimidate, threaten, coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any other person for the purpose of interfering with the right of such person to vote or to vote as he may choose, or of causing such other person to vote for, or not to vote for, any candidate for the office of president.'" The Republican National Committee (RNC) is using violence, intimidation and ballot stuffing to deter 123 would-be convention delegates from voting for Ron Paul at the Aug. 27 convention in Tampa, Florida. So claims a civil rights lawsuit filed at the Ronald Reagan Courthouse in Santa Ana against the RNC, its chairman Reince Priebus and various state GOP chairmen. Among the complaints is uniformed GOP goon squads are hassling Paul delegates.
Brought by lawyers from Richard Gilbert & Marlowe, which represents the Texas congressman, the suit seeks to "unbound" Paul delegates "to vote their conscience free from any intimidation from any person or entity." The plaintiff delegates and defendant party chairmen come from states in the 9th Circuit federal court, which are Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. Downtown Santa Ana's Reagan building is a 9th Circuit courthouse.
The plaintiffs describe the suit in the following video:

The Paul delegates cite federal law that reads: "No person, whether acting under the color of law or otherwise, shall intimidate, threaten, coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any other person for the purpose of interfering with the right of such person to vote or to vote as he may choose, or of causing such other person to vote for, or not to vote for, any candidate for the office of president."
Republican Party bylaws also indicate delegates are free to vote for whichever candidate they want. Yet, according to the suit, Paul delegates have been harassed in nearly every state for failing to support Mitt Romney.
"This harassment included the use of violence, intimidating demands that delegates sign affidavits under penalty of perjury with the threat of criminal prosecution for perjury as well as financial penalties and fines if the delegate fails to vote as instructed by defendants rather than vote the delegate's conscience," states the complaint.
The Paul backers even claim RNC goon squads--in the form of thugs dressed in dark security guard clothing--have been employed to intimidate them.
And despite what you may have read, heard or seen from the media, the Paul delegates claim Romney does not yet have the GOP nomination sewn up.
"Governor Romney does not have 1,144 delegates, the minimum number of delegates required to win the nomination, and no candidate can be assured that they are the nominee until the delegates vote because the delegates have a statutory and constitutional right to vote their conscience," reads the complaint.
To get closer to their desired outcome, the GOP brass has "fixed" elections, "stuffed ballots" and "changed ballot results" to favor Romney, "including programming a voting machine in Arizona to count Ron Paul votes as Governor Romney votes," the complaint alleges.
It is further claimed delegates who do not sign loyalty affidavits to Romney "are told they may not serve as delegates, even though they were duly elected," claims the suit, which singles out Priebus for orchestrating the intimidation.
Besides allowing the delegates to vote for the candidate of their choice, the lawsuit seeks recounts of suspect ballots and the reinstatement of Paul delegates who lost their seats at the convention because they refused to sign loyalty affidavits.
The RNC and Paul campaign, which previously advised its delegates to lay low before the convention, are so far maintaining stony silence on the complaint.

Rubio's DREAM Act Gamble; Just in Time For The 2012 Election.
Sen. Marco Rubio prepares to unleash his own DREAM Act, but will help or hurt the GOP with Latino Voters?
By Lauren Fox
June 12, 2012
GOP Presidential candidate Mitt Romney isn't the only member of the GOP out to get the Republicans a slice of the growing Latino voter pie. [Marco Rubio All the Buzz Online.]
Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, rumored to be on Romney's short list for vice president, isn't waiting for the VEEP nod to start shaping a pro-immigration image for his party.
Rubio is throwing his political weight into fighting the stereotype that Republicans in Congress are on the wrong side of the immigration. [Schlesinger: Mitt Romney's Campaign Pivots.]
"It is a really tough line because Republicans are not necessarily used to courting [Latinos]," says Audrey Singer, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution. "The policies that are favored by the party run against a lot of the issues Latinos care about, immigration being one of them."
But Rubio will have his name on two immigration bills this year — just in time for the 2012 election.
"It is for certain that any positions Rubio or any other politician takes right now are taken with the presidential election in mind," says Christopher Deering, a professor of political science at George Washington University. "He's an idiot if he is not."
The junior senator from Florida co-sponsored the START 2.0 Act, legislation that would offer immigrants with advanced degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics a path to citizenship in May. And he is expected to introduce his own version of the Development, Relief and Education for Alien Minors Act DREAM Act in upcoming weeks.
While the exact language of the legislation is still veiled in secrecy, the bill will be a much more limited approach to immigration reform and would allow students pursuing higher education or military service temporary legal residency. [See a collection of political cartoons on immigration.]
Unlike Sen. Richard Durbin's DREAM Act, Rubio's won't offer immigrants a path to citizenship.
"This idea that he is working on would be narrow in its scope," says Rubio spokesman Alex Conant. "It is not the comprehensive approach to fixing a broken immigration system. This is very targeted to young people who are in a situation by no fault of their own."
The cost of the program, as well as the number of young immigrants it would affect, are still unknown, but the legislation is making headway on an issue few Republicans have brought to the forefront.
Durbin, for one, has indicated a desire to reach across the aisle to his Republican colleague to find a bipartisan solution.
While Singer says the plan is a far cry from the more sweeping legislation that has failed in the past or comprehensive immigration ref promised by President Barack Obama during the 2008 campaign, she says Rubio's moves could help to soften Latino Voters' perceptions of the GOP.
"Hispanic voters are paying attention to the kinds of things that are eye catching, this Dream Act or other forms of legalization are just that," Singer says. "It is hard to imagine that people can really get behind [Rubio's DREAM Act], but when you have been waiting so long even a diminished version seems positive."
But others warn Rubio's immigration legislation might turn off the Latino voters it was intended to woo or is too little too late.
"I don't think this will have any impact on the presidential election," Deering said."Republicans are on the wrong side on the immigration issue and Democrats are on the right side. They have tried to soften their immigration positions and have done so somewhat, but those are very nuanced distinctions... They are tip-toeing away from pretty strong positions."
A Latino Decisions poll reveals that while nearly half of the Hispanics polled support Rubio's proposal as a positive step forward, Latino voters still prefer Durbin's version of the DREAM Act.
However, Rubio isn't working alone. Off the hill, and in districts across the country, the National Republican Congressional Committee is engaged in some of the party's largest Hispanic outreach efforts.
Spokeswoman Andrea Bozek says the NRCC has 25 Republican Latino candidates running from Texas to Florida as well as strategic outreach programs to get out the vote in Latino communities.
"By and large Hispanics care about jobs and the economy first and foremost. With unemployment among Hispanics at 11 percent, they are going to look at the Democrats' job-destroying policies that have made the economy worse and hold them accountable in November."

Vice President Marco Rubio? Vice President Marco Rubio?
A Vice President Rubio Would Help a President Romney Immigrate to Washington
Florida Senator Marco Rubio should be selected to be Mitt Romney’s Vice President on his Presidential ticket this Fall. Turning around the failing economy and increasing jobs will remain a priority for the country throughout the election season, but comprehensive immigration reform is also an important priority among Hispanics and non-Hispanics alike. Marco Rubio has the fiscal conservative bona fides to support the Romney economic plan but more importantly he brings unparalleled expertise and credibility on immigration reform expanding Republican appeal to voters unhappy with the Obama Administration’s neglect on this issue.
Senator Rubio has already outlined many principles of a forthcoming comprehensive approach to reforming immigration that deserves both a fair hearing in the Hispanic community but also in the halls of Congress. Importantly, Democrats have crafted legislation on immigration (the “DREAM Act”) that remains extremely popular with Hispanics garnering upwards of 90% support–a support level Republicans must conceded warrants serious evaluation in any attempts at comprehensive reform.
Mitt Romney has demonstrated openness to a diverse set of opinions on this topic through his recently announced “Juntos con Romney” team comprising many DREAM Act supporters including a bill co-sponsor. “Juntos con Romney” is charged with attracting crucial Hispanic voters who are expected to possibly determine the outcome in closely contested states like Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Nevada and New Mexico.
At the same time, Governor Romney supports secure borders and Federal enforcement of the borders–positions extremely popular with non-Hispanics. A Romney Administration can also be expected to fill the void of Federal neglect on enforcement and not outsource border security to private citizens.
With Marco Rubio on the ticket, comprehensive immigration reform can be expected to be a priority in a Romney Administration where everyone is invited to the table and everyone’s voice will be heard on an issue important to all Americans.
The Obama Administration fears both Rubio and his efforts at immigration reform evidenced by White House attempts to dissuade reform activists from even sitting down with Rubio – how’s that for open dialogue? At the same time, Obama friendly media outlets have run incredibly dishonest hit pieces on the popular Senator to little effect. Clearly Mr. Rubio is on to something that scares this White House – something Mitt Romney should capitalize on.
Republicans have made mistakes on immigration in the past. Mitt Romney has made mistakes on immigration in the past. But it is time for Republicans to reach out to the Hispanic community, include them in formulating immigration policy, and heal old wounds because Hispanics simply want what all Americans want — an opportunity at the American Dream.
There are scant few dissenting voices that immigration reform is needed and with Marco Rubio as Vice President, a Romney Presidency won’t talk big about immigration and then ignore it until it is time for re-election.
As for concerns over Rubio’s friendship with Congressional Representative David Rivera, if Barack Obama can be easily elected President while his long-time chief fundraiser is getting sentenced to prison, I think the chances of a Romney candidacy will be unchanged if his Vice President happens to have a personal friend with an ethical challenge or two.
Senator Rubio has unquestioned credentials as a fiscal conservative, support of Tea Party activists evidenced by repeatedly winning Vice President straw polls at Conservative Political Action Conferences (CPAC) and is a living embodiment of the American Dream as the son of immigrants rising to the highest political offices in the country.
With Marco Rubio on the Presidential ticket and DREAM Act supporters comprising the leadership of “Juntos con Romney”, it is undeniable that a Romney Administration’s reform of immigration will be comprehensive in its approach, respectful in its application and inclusive of Hispanic community concerns.
That is what all Hispanics want. That is what all Americans want. And that is the promise of a Mitt Romney-Marco Rubio Administration. ©

Do the Parasitic Elite Pay Any Taxes?
The parasitic financial Elite don't do any "work" in the sense of something beneficial for society, as no voluntary payment for their services exists.
If a parasite's entire income is leeched from the productive, then isn't their entire income a tax on those creating value? In this sense, the share of the parasite's income which is carved off by the Central State as tax revenues is a secondary tax: the parasite's entire income is a tax on the economy.
This distinction between legitimate wealth derived from value creation (think Steve Jobs/computer industry) and parasitic wealth skimmed from the productive (think Mitt Romney/investment banker) is the heart of Correspondent James B.'s insightful inquiry into the question: can the parasitic Elite be said to pay taxes at all, given that their income is itself a tax on legitimate wealth creation?
Thank you, James.
I'd like to add something to your recent essay Income Tax Solution: Apply Social Security Taxes to the Super-Wealthy. (June 1, 2012)
I'm a former banking executive and I've had the opportunity to figure things out from the inside. (Emphasis added: CHS)
In the article it mentions the disparity between what the rich pay in terms of percentage of earnings for income tax compared to the middle class.
However, a substantial portion of the rich earn their income by co-opting the income of the middle class via money-printing / income suppression. They can do this by being in the loop for the "money printing" machine as the Fed manages the economy to benefit the connected Elite.
I think it's underappreciated that the banking system and the financial system has been perpetually bailed out on a moment-by-moment basis by printing money to cover duration mismatch while the Fed has replaced transaction balances with credit - thus enforcing a spread for the benefit of the connected financial Elite, corporate CEOs, etc. This has been going on for decades with periodic accelerations of the bailout process due to mismatched duration excess (i.e. the Austrian Economics Business Cycle).
The middle class (the workers) put value into the currency by producing, while the money-printers take that value out (by dilution, and by lobbying with the value they've stolen). It is an organized, structured system of theft, and that includes VISA, etc. which are cash substitutes because cash has been replaced with credit transactions. No amount of taxes are ever "paid" by those rich, as all their income is stolen.
For example, quite a number of top banker CEOs have not paid any taxes in the economic sense, they are not productive (they are destructive), and that is true even if their 1040 says they pay "60%". Someone else (a producer) paid their taxes ... Money really is a "veil" in this case. It diverts from the truth.
Unfortunately, the legitimate rich are really hurt by this process, as they impart tremendous value and have that value taxed away. They are, in a sense, the justification for hitting the lower and middle classes, and they suffer particularly for it.
In my view, we should make all cuts and adjustments from the top down, starting with those institutions that destroy value (pretty easy, just let the market work and let the organizations fail), as that is where the problem lies, and there can be no recovery as the poor simply do not impart enough impact in this parasitic process to make the difference. In fact, many poor simply want a job, and jobs are hard to find as the impediments to working rise higher and higher with the necessity of rationing the spoils in a crony capitalist system.
A recent Levy research article noted the total support by the Fed for the banking system was 29 trillion dollars. While that is not direct cash infusion (with FNMA / FHLMC / FHA, and other back door programs) - there is simply no group in the U.S. with as much influence and welfare.
In other words, the connected insider Elite pay nothing at all in taxes - and in fact they don't do any "work" in the sense of something beneficial for society as no voluntary payment for their services exists.
That last line is profound: investment bankers like Mitt Romney don't solicit voluntary payments for buying companies and reshuffling the assets to skim their parasitic siphoning of the wealth created by others.
If we understand the difference between parasitic wealth and real value/wealth creation, we can properly align the tax structure to reality: the tax on authentic wealth creation should be low, to encourage wealth creation and the employment (broad-based wealth creation) generated by legitimate value creation.
We must also understand that the Central State now protects and enables parasitic skimming as the primary function of the nation's financial system. Thus the entire financial system is parasitic on the wealth of the nation.
Financial parasitic incomes should be taxed at 99%. If Mitt Romney reshuffles assets created by others and skims $100 million, 99% of that parasitic wealth should be returned to the nation via taxes. The parasite still gets to keep $1 million, more than enough to live well but not enough to buy the presidency, the Congress and the regulatory machinery of the Central State.
All those who claim the Mitt Romney/investment bankers are "creating wealth" are either terribly confused about value creation and capitalism, or they are lackeys/ apologists of the parasitic Elite.
If we cannot grasp the difference between parasitic wealth and legitimate value/wealth creation, then we are well and truly lost.

Concentrate People! Forget Rand And Focus On The Montana, Iowa & Virginia State Conventions On Saturday June 16th

Iowa
Please, everyone, shut up about Rand. Whether your focus is about Ron getting the nomination or having the numbers to change the platform or something else at the convention, WE NEED DELEGATES TO DO THAT!
My state had a primary so I don't have much to suggest about caucus state conventions. Other than SHOW UP!! Only 5 Ron Paul people in my county showed up to my state convention and we had contact info of over 10 Paul supporters. That can't happen to you guys.
Email everyone you have contact info for and remind them to show. Call everyone you have phone numbers for and remind them to show. Email and call everyone you have email addresses and phone numbers for and offer them a ride to go!!!
These last few days we need to blitz everyone. NO excuses.
The MONTANA GOP has put out a tentative schedule for the State Convention:
http://mtgop.org/images/convo2012/public%20agenda%20-%20rev%...
Per this schedule, the Montana State Convention actually begins Thursday with registration at Noon. There will then be Platform committee meetings all afternoon.
Registration resumes Friday morning for the "Delegate" and "Platform" Conventions, and ends at 10:00am. Therefore, if our delegates are not present and registered by Friday at 10:00am, they will not be able to participate in selecting the Tampa delegates, or in adopting the platform!
Delegate selection will take place Friday afternoon, and the Platform will be dealt with Saturday morning. The only thing on the schedule for Saturday afternoon is a "Young Republican Meeting." The Convention is set to end Saturday at 5:00pm.
Liberty delegates, please show up early Friday morning at the latest! If you arrive after that, you will miss the most important parts of the process! Thank you!
IOWA:
"Saturday 16 June 2012: The Iowa State Republican Convention officially convenes. 25 of 28 National Convention delegates are selected.
The delegates to the Iowa State Republican Convention gather: at this time, the delegates to the State Convention from each county making up a given congressional district meet in separate Congressional District Caucuses to choose the state's district delegates to the Republican National Convention.
Each of Iowa's 4 congressional districts are assigned 3 National Convention delegates. Thus, a total of 12 district delegates will be chosen by these Congressional District Caucuses. These 12 delegates to the Republican National Convention will be allocated to the presidential contenders in such a way as determined by each Congressional District Caucus.
The State Convention chooses the remaining 13 at-large of Iowa's delegates (10 base at-large delegates plus 3 bonus delegates) to the Republican National Convention.
There is no formal system of allocating these 13 at-large National Convention delegates to presidential contenders. These delegates will be allocated according to the vote of the Iowa State Convention as a whole.
In addition, 3 party leaders, the National Committeeman, the National Committeewoman, and the chairman of the Iowa's Republican Party, will attend the convention as unpledged delegates by virtue of their position."

Doug Wead: So Who Needs Romney?
Establishment Republicans and the main stream media are having a difficult time understanding why Ron Paul supporters aren’t just falling into line behind Mitt Romney. Don’t we want the GOP to win? And don’t we want our own candidate to win the nomination someday? And if so, don’t we realize that we have to be loyal to the nominee this time?
Of course, these are the same establishment Republicans who are hiring off duty policemen to arrest and detain our duly elected county chairmen, or locking the registered rolls of delegates in the trunks of their cars so that the convention cannot have a roll call vote and they can claim “Ayes have it,” when the “Ayes” don’t have anything.
And this is the mainstream media that gave Ron Paul 89 seconds of an hour long televised debate. And who in another debate, gave their anchor almost as much time as Dr. Paul, the presidential candidate. And who ignore videotaped state conventions where delegates have their bones broken for more compelling news stories elsewhere.
We see the train headed toward a canyon and the bridge is out. There is going to be a great crash. And meanwhile, we are being urged to change the engineer. “Obama is driving this train 100 mph!” we are told by hand wringing, hysterical, establishment Republicans. “We need to get Romney in there. He will slow it down to 95.”
Some are quite energized by this contest. They think that the future of the Republic is at stake. “Can’t you see that?” They ask imploringly. “Don’t you care?”
But we only laugh. Yes, Romney will spend less than Obama but he will not reduce spending by a single cent. The circulation of money will be increased to pay the deficit and the poor and middle class will suffer from devalued money.
Obama? Romney? So what? This train is still headed toward the canyon and the bridge is out. This train needs to be stopped, not slowed. And the bridge needs to be repaired.

Who has the Judge's ear?
I am ready to get going on this!
Putting Judge Andrew Napolitano into office as a NJ Senator, now that THAT will send SHOCK WAVES.
Those NeoCons would have to deal with a Freedom loving NON INTERVENTIONIST PATRIOT for 6 long GLORIOUS years!
Oh the lectures that the Judge can give those Senators! And talk about a man who can FILIBUSTER and STALL THE SENATE!!!!
Meanwhile Gary Johnson's moment in the sun is -- if he is lucky -- a debate performance.
But seriously, will the 2 party duopoly make that mistake? They took the DEBATE STAGE away from the Women's League of Voters (after Ross Perot) and have since been doing it themselves. They invite their own, go talk to Ralph Nader about that. Not only that, as we have seen there is some electronic vote stealing on the part of Romney..... do you really think Romney or Obama wants GJ into the debates?
GJ is going nowhere fast. He is not exciting enough, principled enough, libertarian enough for us, inside the r3VOLution. You think Rand has problems, we'll GJ got them too, both are wishy-washy on Non Intervention and War.
Yet, as Dr Paul has said, we are liberties future, we have the right strategy by staying a movement, infiltrating the 2 party duopoly. And I can think of nothing better for the R3VOLution to do than make a REAL STATEMENT and send SHOCK WAVES by electing Senator Judge Napolitano!

I would like to express an important sentiment that I'm sure many of you share.
Ron Paul is a gift from God to America. The way he has earned the trust of a common man is unprecedented in the modern American age.
Even if you don't believe in God, you must admit that it is humanly impossible to prove higher level of trustworthiness.
If you believe in God and trust in God, like myself, than you ought to take extra comfort in the fact that Ron Paul is a deeply religious man. He is not capable of being shallow about anything. God will give him strength to navigate the most treacherous waters he encountered in his service to his fellow man.
Let's be thankful that the movement we so much want to succeed has a leader who is the true Thomas Jefferson of modern America. We will not have another Ron Paul for many years, perhaps generations. Let us cherish this special gift.
We are fortunate beyond our ability to understand it. The man who represents our principles beyond the curtain of Politics is a wise and trustworthy man! What a treasure.
God bless Ron Paul and his family, especially his wife, without whom there would not be Ron Paul the way we know and love him!

Drudge reporting that exit polls have Ron Paul last with around 3% - That is simply impossible.
The media have been preparing us for this by emphasizing (falsely) that Ron Paul is not competing in Florida, but I'm not prepared. I'm sickened.
It looks more and more like the revolution will not be a peaceful one.

Lew Rockwell : "Mitt Romney Is A Monster and Ron Paul WILL NOT Endorse A Monster"
In an interview on The Alex Jones this date, Lew Rockwell stated that Ron Paul will not endorse Ron Paul. Rockwell said, "I've known Ron Paul since 1978, and I can say that Ron Paul has not changed. He is the same man. He will not endorse Mitt Romney, because Mitt Romney is a monster and Ron Paul will not endorse a monster.
He went on to say that "politics is a snare and an illusion. Don't expect no one to be Ron Paul but Ron Paul. He is so different. He really is really a Renaissance man. In the congress, Ron Paul is a minister in a whore house."
Lew Rockwell was Ron Paul's Chief of Staff from 1978 - 1982.

Obama Seeks US Congressional Ratification of UN Global Gun Control Treaty *video*
Posted by Charleston Voice, 06.14.12
And you think Romney would do any different???
Your leaders now, your past leaders and presumed future leaders are/have been/will be sneaks, liars, and traitors.
Listen to Hillary; she's the perfect example of compromising-away America's Constitution. Piece-by-piece, patient gradualism is their footprint for treachery.
We've told you before, and will underscore it again: Nullification of federal laws and statutes are Constitutionally lawful under the 10th Amendment (states rights). Demand your state assemblyman begin NOW to nullify existing federal intrusions on your liberties.
Don't know how or where to begin? Start with the unlawful federal laws imposed on your state. How much in property taxes would you and your neighbors save if the FedGov education intrusion was nullified? Renters pay prop. taxes, too; taxes are a component of the rental payment. Many don't know, but only the states can institutionalize education - providing the people want it! There is no provision in our US Constitution for federal authority!
You clamor for "free market competition" for money, paper vs. gold/silver coins - why not free market competition in the education of your children?
Gun control? What's the NRA accomplished for you and your money - nothing, that's what. They're on the other side, my friend. Why hasn't your state legislature been told you want all federal gun laws nullified?
Why is your state's national guard been permitted to be commanded by Washington in the absence of any declared war?
Win a few of these battles in your states, and tyranny at the federal level will wither.
Battling the Conspiracy on their home turf in Washington is energy exhausting and fatal.

Hillary Clinton, US Secretary of State has announced that the Obama administration is working with the United Nations (UN) to approve, through the US Congress, the Small Arms Treaty (SAT).
Clinton affirmed that the US would facilitate talks with the UN in the Conference on the Arms Trade Treaty, as long as it “operates under the rules of consensus decision-making. Consensus is needed to ensure the widest possible support for the Treaty and to avoid loopholes in the Treaty that can be exploited by those wishing to export arms irresponsibly.”
This global gun control scheme, concocted by the UN, is called the International Arms Control Treaty (IACT). Disguised as a way to combat terrorism, insurgents and international criminals, this document endeavors to secure that the world’s citizens cannot defend themselves.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f8FzkVRh7Ck&feature=player_embedded#!
The IACT will empower the UN to literally force the US government to:
- Enact internationally agreed licensing requirements for Americans.
- Confiscate and destroy unauthorized firearms of Americans while allowing the US government to keep theirs.
- Ban trade, sale and private ownership of semi-automatic guns.
- Create and mandate an international registry to organize an encompassing gun confiscation in America.
