Drafting a letter that could be used to send to state legislatures over and over would be a good tool to use in the fight against voter fraud, as well as sending information and links to your email list, election officials and others to inform of how rampant voter fraud has become.

The letter would have links to to voter fraud articles in it and could be emailed once a week and followed up with calls and faxes of the letter.
Persistence is the key! It would not take much time because you already have the letter ready to be sent out, just click send on the email and fax follow up with calls.

I would recommend that everyone craft their own letter adding the links to speak for themselves the main message would be Voter fraud is rampant, here is the proof, ACTION needs to be taken against it immediately to protect the elections from now on! And then send the personal letters once a week until they realize we are not going away, this issue has to be corrected!

Remember to back letter up with faxes and calls. Just make it part of your weekly routine and soon it will be second nature and take very little time!

Below are some good links that can be added to letter, please post more when you come across them. Finding at least one voter fraud story to add to the links for your letter from your individual state would be good as well. It is easy to do , just do a search on voter fraud in your state. I would also recommend sending your email letter to yourself first before sending it out to others, in order to make sure all the links work.

The Liberal argument is there there are very few cases of voter fraud prosecutions.

I'm going to tell you why.

As loose as the voting system is, people can show up with little or no ID, vote and walk away. Even worse, they can show up with the ID from someone else and vote then walk away. The people working in the polling place have no authority to stop them.

Fraud can be reported over and over again and never be prosecuted because no one knows who committed the fraud, except the fraudster who voted and walked out of the polling place. No one knows fraud occurred, unless the voter shows up at the polls to vote and discovers their vote has already been taken by a fraudster. With low voter turn outs, that rarely happens.

Fraud happens all the time, however, the inability to identify the fraudster, the lack of evidence, and lack of reporting is the reason there are so few prosecutions for voter fraud. It happens, it's just not prosecutable.

The truth is found in the reports of fraud not the prosecutions.

    I agree Dixie!

The Liberals are full of BS as usual, there is rampant proof of voter fraud and we have to get it stopped before 2012 elections because that and amnesty for illegals is Obama's only prayer for re election.

    Vote fraud in legislature
Vote fraud can also take place in legislatures. Some of the forms used in national elections can also be used in parliaments, particularly intimidation and vote-buying. Because of the much smaller number of voters, however, election fraud in legislature is qualitatively different in many ways. Fewer people are needed to 'swing' the election, and therefore specific people can be targeted in ways impractical on a larger scale. For example, Adolf Hitler achieved his dictatorial powers due to the Enabling Act of 1933, and achieved the necessary two-thirds majority to pass the Act by arresting members of the opposition. Later, the Reichstag was packed with Nazi party members who voted for the Act's renewal.
In many legislatures, voting is public, in contrast to the secret ballot used in most modern public elections. This may make their elections more vulnerable to some forms of fraud, since a politician can be pressured by others who will know how he or she has voted. However, it may also protect against bribery and blackmail since the public and media will be aware if a politician votes in an unexpected way. Since voters and parties are entitled to pressure politicians to vote a particular way, the line between legitimate and fraudulent pressure is not always clear.
As in public elections, proxy votes are particularly prone to fraud. In some systems, parties may vote on behalf of any member who is not present in parliament. This protects those people from missing out on voting if they are prevented from attending parliament, but also allows their party to prevent them from voting against its wishes. In some legislatures, proxy voting is not allowed, but politicians may rig voting buttons or otherwise illegally cast 'ghost votes' while absent.[18] ... egislature

    Election fraud through gerrymandering
Gerrymandering is an often legal form of election fraud that crafty politicians put to use to changes voting districts to their benefit. The term refers to the shaping of electorate boundaries to generate a particular result. For instance, a district could be re-shaped so that all of the African American voters who lean Democratic in an area could end up in one district. The Democrats would then with that particular area in a landslide and all the electoral votes would go to them. However, the other districts in that area would then be more favorable to Republican candidates.

The rules regarding gerrymandering are a bit fuzzy and therefore it’s often practiced but no one ends up charged with electoral fraud. Even if someone is clearly remaking electoral districts with the intention of swaying elections it can be difficult to prove that they’re doing so. Sometimes gerrymandering slips right under the radar and no one even pays attention. It’s a surprisingly effective way of shifting elections though. You can try to prevent gerrymandering as election fraud by paying close attention to these changes and bringing them to the attention of anyone that will listen. News outlets in particular are good because everyone loves a corruption story. ... ng/#more-8

Video: Obama SEIU's Agenda is My Agenda

SEIU Offshoot 'Mi Familia Vota' Caught With 6,000 Bogus Colorado Voter Registrations

The same SEIU offshoot group that is accused of turning in thousands of bogus voter registrations in Arizona has come under fire in Colorado.
Mi Familia Vota is accused of turning in 6,000 bogus voter registrations in Colorado.
    The Denver Post reported:

A federal judge declined to force the secretary of state to reactivate approximately 6,000 new voters whose registrations were canceled under Colorado’s 20-day rule.

In a decision issued Monday, Senior U.S. District Judge John L. Kane denied a motion for a preliminary injunction that was requested by several labor and voting-rights groups.

When a new voter registers in Colorado, the secretary of state mails a nonforwardable notice of disposition that the voter’s registration has been received. If the notice comes back undeliverable in the mail, then clerks deem the voter’s registration inactive within 20 days.

Melody Mirbaba, an assistant attorney general, argued that the 20-day rule is designed to stop voter fraud and duplicate registrations.

James Finberg, an attorney representing voting and labor groups, said voters are harmed because sometimes the voter cards are returned through no fault of their own.

He said some voters have filled out their address incorrectly on forms; clerks sometimes make errors when inputting the new data; and postal workers also make mistakes in delivering the voter cards.

But Mirbaba argued that inactive voters can still show up at the polls and vote on a provisional ballot until their addresses can be verified…

…The motion for the preliminary injunction is one of several federal challenges regarding purged voters filed against the secretary of state by Common Cause of Colorado, Mi Familia Vota Education Fund and the Service Employees International Union.

Of course, the fact that a SEIU group is turning in thousands of bogus voter registrations surprises no one. ... strations/

CONCORD - Gov. John Lynch vetoed a bill Monday that requires all voters to present photo identification at the polls in order to cast a ballot.
Lynch said the bill, Senate Bill 129, “creates a real risk that New Hampshire voters will be denied their right to vote.

“Voter turnout in New Hampshire is among the highest in the nation, election after election. There is no voter fraud problem in New Hampshire. We already have strong elections laws that are effective in regulating our elections,
