John Culberson added to ALIPAC's Cantor List of amnesty supporting Republicans in December of 2015 after he voted for the Ryan / Obama Omnibus funding bill!


John Culberson Amnesty Support Summary

John Culberson voted to support illegal immigration, amnesty, increased legal immigration levels, and dangerous Muslim refugee resettlement programs that Obama supports when he voted to fund those programs via the Omnibus funding bill that passed Congress in December of 2015.

Culberson was one of 150 Republicans that Speaker Paul Ryan led to vote with the vast majority of Democrats to pass the 1.1 Trillion dollar spending bill that Democrats like Obama and US Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said gave them much more than they had ever hoped for! The bill passed Congress with a 316-113 vote.

Congress has the power of the purse and the ability to fund or cut funding for programs and this power should have been used to stop Obama's clearly unconstitutional amnesty orders and Syrian refugee resettlement programs which are putting American lives at risk of further terrorism. The funding bill should have never been used to sneak in a massive increase of legal immigration levels.


John Culberson proved his support for amnesty for illegal aliens by voting for the Omnibus funding bill that...

-- Provided Obama funds to continue implementing his unconstitutional amnesty orders (called DACA & DAPA) that 26 states are suing to stop!

-- Provided funds for Obama to continue violating numerous existing US immigration laws by transporting "border surge" illegal aliens in from the borders to resettle them in the United States with free healthcare, education, housing, food assistance, clothing, and cell phones.

-- Provided funds to consider unnecessary and dangerous Muslim resettlement programs including Syrian refugee resettlement that authorities say is rife with infiltration by ISIS terrorists! A Syrian refugee conducted the attacks in Paris!

-- Contained a sneaky amendment that quadrupled the amount of unskilled immigrants (H-2B Visas) that will be allowed into America each year, pitting those workers against beleaguered American blue collar workers!

-- Funded sanctuary cities for illegal aliens that contribute to the deaths of thousands of Americans like Kate Steinle each year.

-- Denied funding for the promised 700 miles of improved border walls and fencing.



By voting for the Omnibus spending bill to give Democrats more than they had ever hoped for, John Culberson voted to fund Obama's amnesty orders, fund dangerous Syrian refugee resettlement into America, fund illegal alien resettlement into America, fund illegal alien sanctuary cities like San Francisco and Houston, and to quadruple unskilled legal immigration into America!

It is clear from this vote that John Culberson is terribly out of touch with the American public and serving the interests of the lobbyists, Chamber of Commerce, and socialist Democrats more than the citizens that elected him.

Again, Texas could have led the way to stopping this travesty before it really began.

We have to assume they are getting paid from some source other than the salary they scam from the American taxpayer.
