This bill not only allowed the Department of Homeland Security to ignore and violate our existing border and immigration laws, but to begin processing illegal aliens for a form of legal status where they can stay in America and receive taxpayer subsidized benefits, education, and healthcare! If the DHS clean funding bill had not passed, or had passed with stipulations that Obama could not use the money to give illegal aliens Executive Amnesty, the Obama administration would have stopped giving illegals amnesty instead of being responsible for the shutdown of DHS!
