Ken Calvert Amnesty Support Summary:

We added Congressman Ken Calvert to our amnesty supporter list when Christina Bellantoni wrote for Roll Call magazine at 5 a.m. on Feb. 25, 2014, that Calvert was one of only 19 Republicans in Congress signing off on John Boehner's "set of immigration principles" that had been released earlier in January.

Nineteen Republican lawmakers is a very paltry support level as Roll Call noted with the main reason for the low support being the amnesty for illegal aliens provision found in Boehner's "immigration principles"!

The vast majority of GOP lawmakers did not sign on because the "principles" were designed to sell Americans on amnesty for illegals.

These principles stated, "The problems in our immigration system must be solved through a step-by-step, common-sense approach..." Those of us studying these issues have learned the term "step by step" is a talking point being used by Republicans trying to pass amnesty in Congress for Obama and the US Chamber of Commerce.

Boehner's "principles" go on to say' "Border Security and Interior Enforcement Must Come First." "Secure the Borders First" mantra is also code and it means "pretend to secure the borders, turn millions of illegals into voters, then never worry about border or immigration law enforcement again!" Secure the borders first means "Secure the borders before amnesty," and amnesty really means "Secure the borders never."

Then at the very end these principles declare...

Our national and economic security depend on requiring people who are living and working here illegally to come forward and get right with the law. There will be no special path to citizenship for individuals who broke our nation’s immigration laws – that would be unfair to those immigrants who have played by the rules and harmful to promoting the rule of law. Rather, these persons could live legally and without fear in the U.S., but only if they were willing to admit their culpability, pass rigorous background checks, pay significant fines and back taxes, develop proficiency in English and American civics, and be able to support themselves and their families (without access to public benefits).

This equates to changing America's existing laws to remove the current penalty of deportation in order to accommodate millions of illegal aliens. This massive change in the penalties of law would equal a form of amnesty and only encourage larger waves of illegal immigration due to America's lack of immigration law enforcement credibility!

Based on the results of past amnesties such as the 1986 Simpson–Mazzoli Act Amnesty, that created the current illegal immigration disaster in America, once the amnesty poison in these "immigration principles" is swallowed with the spoonful of enforcement promises sugar... all enforcement promises will be abandoned while the amnesty remains in place!

Ken Calvert, is one of the 44 Amnesty supporting GOP lawmakers in Washington DC who is being sneaky and trying to conceal his support for such a plan, when in reality Calvert, Boehner, and Senator Mitch McConnell are all working with and facilitating Barack Obama's amnesty decree!

Please call Ken Calvert, let him know you have seen the devil in his details and that you oppose him for supporting a form of amnesty for illegal aliens by which he would change our laws to accommodate them and allow millions of illegals to eventually become voters via his form of amnesty.
