In 2014, our national organization ALIPAC and a strong majority of American citizens want one important question answered regarding the issues of illegal immigration, border security, and the protection of American jobs, taxpayer resources, and lives from people who would come into our nation to take each in many cases.

As a candidate for election or reelection do you...

A. Support Americans and legal immigrants by supporting the adequate enforcement of America's existing border and immigration laws as the US Constitution requires for the protection of American jobs, elections, taxpayer resources, health, and lives?

B. Support illegal aliens and their supporters by supporting changing existing laws to accommodate millions of illegal immigrants through 'immigration reform' amnesty which would allow illegal aliens to either have a path to citizenship, a new visa, or some new form of legal status which would eventually lead to a new voting bloc of 11-20 million illegal immigrants, which would in turn destroy any future hopes of border or immigration law existence or enforcement?

We are not going to endorse or support Cresent Hardy because we have found his actual statements on this issue contradicts the survey response we received from his campaign manager Kent.

Crescent Hardy's real answer to this survey is B and we are changing it to B for him because of the following documented sources showing Crescent Hardy supports a form of amnesty for illegal aliens!

He opposes same-sex marriage, supports a path to citizenship in immigration reform and wants to offset any federal spending with cost-cutting measures.

Cresent believes that the first step in dealing wit
h the immigration issue is to
immediately secure ALL of our nation’s borders and
ports. We must use common
sense to protect all of our nation’s entryways, as
it is a measure of national security.
Once we have the borders secured, then we need to p
ut in place step by step
legislation which will gradually address the issue
of the illegal immigrants already
residing in our country. Each illegal immigrant sho
uld evaluated on a case-by-case
basis in order to determine whether they should be
deported or granted temporary
citizenship as a refugee until they can complete th

Here too--

We must first secure our borders and enforce the laws that we already have on the books.

I do support Immigration Reform, and believe that it’s long overdue. However, I do not support the “Comprehensive” bill that came out of the U.S. Senate last year because it simply doesn’t do enough to strengthen border security.

I believe that providing an OPPORTUNITY to attain legal status to law-abiding, employed, undocumented immigrants is appropriate, provided that they meet specific criteria and pay any fines that are imposed. These individuals should not, however, be moved ahead of those who have come to this country legally and followed the rules in their pursuit of American citizenship.
