1. Do you support or oppose immigration Reform Amnesty legislation for millions of illegal immigrants like HB 6? I will not support an amnesty version of legislation for illegal immigrants.

There are times when seeking skilled people from outside the country is appropriate, but employers need to seek Americans first and there needs to be policies to help employers to seek Americans first.

3. Do you support or oppose New Temporary Protective Status (TPS) Amnesty for Venezuelans? I could support TPS with certain limitations as it is a temporary status.

4. Do you Support or Oppose the current DACA Amnesty protections from deportation and work permits for more than 800,000 illegals? The President implemented DACA through an unconstitutional executive policy.

5. Do you support or oppose the current catch and release and asylum policies at our border for illegal immigrants? I propose placing more judges at the Southern border to adjudicate asylum claims. These additional judges would work from temporary facilities for short durations on a rotational basis to prevent catch and release.
