J. Chavas-Escobedo, an alleged illegal alien, was arrested in the car accident that resulted in the death of Michelle L. Johnson, 34.

According to police, Ms. Johnson died after suffering fatal injuries after a rear-end crash on the morning of May 14, 2016 in Arlington, Texas.

Both vehicles were driving on a service road when a pickup truck driven by Chavas-Escobedo rear-ended the Johnson's vehicle.

Ms. Johnson later died from head and chest trauma at the Medical Center of Arlington.
