Time for Attorney General Jeff Sessions to Nix Trump's DACA Amnesty

    by William Gheen
President of Americans for Legal Immigration PAC
    www.alipac.us

    July 10, 2017

The first extremely powerful endorsement Presidential candidate Donald Trump received early in his campaign was from Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions in response to Trump's campaign promises to restore law and order by fully enforcing America's existing immigration laws instead of further compromising our laws through unconstitutional amnesty orders or Gang of Eight style amnesty legislation.

Yet, here in July of 2017, it is clear that President Trump has broken his promise by continuing Obama's DACA Amnesty for illegals. It was not pressure from Congress, media, or courts that broke Trump's promise to end Obama's overtly unlawful Amnesty orders on his first day in office, but President Trump's own hands that broke faith with his supporters on this critical issue. Now there is a window for our laws to be restored because the US Supreme Court has requested an official opinion on DACA Amnesty from Attorney General Jeff Sessions who has been a steadfast proponent of the Rule of Law!

Elected officials like Trump and his appointed bureaucrat John Kelly, who heads up our Department of Homeland Security, are committing numerous felonies by giving work permits and thus jobs to illegal aliens without the required legislation from Congress to back that Amnesty up! Each government employee facilitating DACA Amnesty is either committing felonies or are accessories before and after the fact!

Under our current US laws, which Trump promised to enforce fully during his campaign, it is currently a felony for anyone to encourage an illegal immigrant to enter or remain in the US unlawfully. It is also a felony to provide work documents or jobs to illegal immigrants.

Thus, under Obama and now Trump, our own government has committed in excess of 800,000 felony law violations by encouraging, aiding, and employing DACA illegals. And the US taxpayer gets left holding the bag as many states then force taxpayers to pay for benefits to DACA Amnesty recipients like in-state tuition. DACA increases incentives to future illegal immigrants to send their children to the US where their healthcare and education costs will be covered by our taxpayers.

That is why GOP officials in 10 states are now threatening to sue the Trump administration if he does not end DACA Amnesty as he promised. Also, the US Supreme court has recently requested the Department of Justice provide our highest court with an opinion stating if DACA Amnesty recipients are indeed "lawfully present" in the United States.

It is time for Attorney General Jeff Sessions to show America and the Americans who have supported him over the years that he will stand up on the side of our existing Constitution and laws. It is time for Sessions to make clear to the Trump administration, Supreme Court, states, and Department of Homeland Security that DACA Amnesty clearly violates our existing laws and nullifies the outcome of our elections and Congressional votes on bills that have passed or failed!

It is time for Sessions to do his job to assure that all branches of our government operate within the limits of the US Constitution by ordering an immediate end to DACA Amnesty for illegals.

And the states should go ahead and file their lawsuit led once again by Texas. Each American citizen needs to get on the phone to their state's Governor and Attorney General to demand they sue the Trump administration for implementing an Amnesty for illegal aliens that makes a mockery of our elections, laws, and Constitution.

While the Trump administration may be willing to send a signal to the world that they are willing to lie to voters during the campaign and yet pursue the globalist open borders agenda once elected to Washington, DC, the rest of America needs to continue standing up and fighting for our existing laws and prior elections to have meaning and influence on actual policies of our nation.

If Trump supporters are unwilling to call him out when he supports Amnesty policies that are identical to the plans supported by Pelosi, Reid, Obama, and Paul Ryan, then all of this talk about change in Washington is nothing but showmanship and lies that will lead America down the same unwanted path we were on under Bush and Obama.

Take action to call on Attorney General Jeff Sessions to answer the Supreme Court's request by ruling that DACA is blatantly unlawful and unconstitutional by calling, messaging, and mailing your concerns and call for Sessions to act.

Sample Message: "I'm calling/writing to ask Attorney General Jeff Sessions to assure that all branches and departments of the US Government, including the White House and Department of Homeland Security, honor our Constitution and existing immigration laws by immediately ending the DACA Amnesty directives. DACA Amnesty violates numerous US laws against aiding, encouraging, and hiring illegal aliens while encouraging more illegals to enter and remain in the US unlawfully. It is unfortunate that more states are going to have to expend time and funds needed for service to the American public to sue the Trump administration to do the right thing by ending DACA immediately. I want Jeff Sessions to quickly issue the requested opinion to the Supreme Court stating that DACA should end and that DACA Amnesty recipients are not lawfully present in the US simply because some politicians want them to be in contradiction to our existing laws!"

Jeff Sessions should not be in El Salvadore in the middle of a major crackdown on MS-13 and major arguement with POTUS. Two many heavy negative indicators on his physical security right now to go into such a kill zone.

I hope Jeff Session makes it home without any problems from the gangsters and politicians that want him gone.

Quite frankly...none of our politicians should travel overseas right now...they need to be grounded.

Too much turmoil in the World and we still have Barry Sotero running loose undermining the President...not the mention the swamp creatures!

No more travel out of the USA.

I personally found it quite odd for the Attorney General to be in El Salvador on an ICE mission, I thought that was a DHS job, not DOJ. So, the plot thickens, and Sessions seemed very calm, relaxed, all smiles and almost cagey in a good way when asked about the President's comments by media while he was in El Salvador, he also said that Trump was a strong leader and very determined to fulfill his Agenda.

So, we'll see what happens. I like the move of Kelly to Chief of Staff, lets see how Trump maximizes the opportunity that opens up. Heard today on the news that Trump doesn't need Senate approval to move Sessions to Secretary of DHS, and when he does that Sessions is good in that spot without further action for 210 days, then he can nominate him officially.
