With reports coming in that Speaker John Boehner is retreating from his push to pass immigration reform legislation that would contain a form of amnesty for illegal immigrants, a national group that played a strong role in stopping Boehner is issuing a response statement today.

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) directed activists to bombard Boehner and his amnesty supporting allies in Congress with calls in opposition this week including an effort to circulate social media pictures of Boehner and Obama together that called for activists to "Stop Boehner from passing amnesty for Obama!" ALIPAC helped stop the amnesty push by encouraging GOP primary challengers to file against Boehner's faction while tying GOP members of Congress to Obama's actions across the board.

"John Boehner made a huge tactical mistake trying to push amnesty for illegals in the middle of the primary filing period which has spawned a backlash that stopped his amnesty push and that now threatens to remove many members of his faction from office," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "Now that Boehner is retreating from his effort to pass amnesty for Obama, we intend to pursue his faction of 35 GOP sellouts with the momentum we have from the backlash. We will be endorsing and supporting more GOP primary challengers who are pledging to stop amnesty next week!"

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC, found at www.alipac.us, is currently endorsing more than 130 members of Congress who have indicated they support America's existing border and immigration laws instead of the Obama and Boehner plan that would permanently destroy America's borders.

Conservative and Tea Party groups are using ALIPAC's 2014 political targets list to recruit and identify GOP primary challenger candidates who oppose the elitist plan to give immigration reform amnesty to 20 million illegal aliens that would in turn become a new voting bloc that would dominate American politics into the future.

Incumbent Republicans being targeted for removal by the more than 80% of the GOP Primary voters who disagree with their support for Obama's and Boehner's style of amnesty-driven immigration reform include, but are not limited to, Senators Lindsey Graham, Mitch McConnell, Lamar Alexander, Dean Heller, Susan M. Collins, Kelly Ayotte, Jeff Flake, Bob Corker, Orrin Hatch, John Hoeven, John McCain, Mark Kirk, Lisa Murkowski, and Marco Rubio.

And in the House: Mark Amodei (R-NV), Spencer Bachus (R-AL), John Carter (R-TX), Jason Chaffetz (R-UT), Mike Coffman (R-CO), Jeff Denham (R-CA), Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL), Sean Duffy (R-WI), Michael Grimm (R-NY), Joe Heck (R-NV), Darrell Issa (R-CA), Sam Johnson (R-TX), Mike Kelly (R-PA), Peter King (R-NY), Raul Labrador (R-ID), James Lankford (R-OK), Devin Nunes (R-CA), Dave Reichert (R-WA), Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL), Paul Ryan (R-WI), Aaron Schock (R-IL), Chris Stewart (R-UT), David Valadao (R-CA), Greg Walden (R-OR), Daniel Webster (R-FL), Don Young (R-AK), Ted Poe (R-TX), Bob Goodlatte (R-VA), Renee Ellmers (R-NC), Eric Cantor (R-VA), John Boehner (R-OH), Fred Upton (R-MI), Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), and Vance McAllister (R-LA).
