ALIPAC Endorses 3 Congressional Candidates Who Oppose Amnesty & illegal immigration

    For National Release | July 12, 2018

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC.us) is endorsing three candidates for Congress today due to their pledge to oppose both illegal immigration and any form of Amnesty for illegals.

ALIPAC is now asking the organization's national network of activists and volunteers to vote for, volunteer for, and donate to federal candidates Ed Shoemaker, Wendy Rogers, and Nicolas Kimaz. Each campaign is being added to ALIPAC's 2018 endorsements list. (View)

Wendy Rogers is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel running in the GOP primary in Arizona's First Congressional District, which is currently occupied by Democrat incumbent Tom O'Halleran who supports Amnesty for illegal immigrants. Wendy Rogers has indicated her support for America's existing immigration laws and opposition to Amnesty in ALIPAC's 2018 federal candidate survey.

Nicolas Kimaz is a Republican primary challenger in Florida's 22nd Congressional District who has also completed ALIPAC's federal candidate survey (View). Kimaz is running to replace Democrat Representative Ted Deutch, who supports Amnesty for illegal immigrants and in June of 2017 cozied up with the Islamic Center of Boca Raton. FrontPage Magazine reports that Deutch met with radical Islamic leaders with ties to immigration fraud, illegal shipping of thermal imaging equipment to Syria, and terrorist organizations Hamas and Al-Qaeda. Ed Shoemaker is a GOP primary challenger running in Florida's 15th Congressional District, which is an open seat this year. In his survey Ed says he is "supporting the adequate enforcement of America's existing border and immigration laws as the US Constitution requires for the protection of American jobs, elections, taxpayer resources, health, and lives

"These candidates are taking strong positions against both illegal immigration and Amnesty, which puts them in alignment with a large majority of likely GOP primary voters," explained William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "If these campaigns focus on illegal immigration issues and successfully communicate their stances against Amnesty to voters, they should prevail in their primary races."

Earlier in 2018, ALIPAC commissioned a poll through Barometer Polling Company, which found that nationally likely GOP primary voters reject Amnesty legislation plans supported by Congressional leaders by a factor of 2 to 1! (View Poll)
