ALIPAC Endorses GOP Primary Challengers Michael Snyder & Jo Rae Perkins
For National Release | May 11, 2018
Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) is endorsing two federal candidates today due to their support for America's existing border and immigration laws and opposition to any form of Amnesty for illegal aliens that would further comprise America.
Each candidate completed ALIPAC's 2018 Federal Candidate Survey indicating they "Support Americans and legal immigrants by supporting the adequate enforcement of America's existing border and immigration laws as the US Constitution requires for the protection of American jobs, elections, taxpayer resources, health, and lives."
Michael Snyder who is running as a Republican in Idaho's 1st district and Jo Rae Perkins who is running in the GOP primary of Oregon's 4th district will be added to ALIPAC's Endorsements List with links into their campaign websites.
ALIPAC activists are encouraged to donate to, volunteer for, and vote for endorsed candidates closest to their location.
"We are pleased to see these candidates running on the true Americans First platform which rejects these efforts in DC to legalize and legitimize illegal immigrants who broke into our nation. We need more voices in Washington who stand with the strong majority of Republican voters found in our Barometer poll who want enforcement, not Amnesty appeasement," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC.
ALIPAC conducted a national poll (view) that shows large majorities of GOP voters want existing laws enforced instead of Amnesty for illegal aliens, and many GOP campaigns are aligning with the majorities found in ALPAC's certified poll.
Candidates endorsed by ALIPAC today are...
Jo Rae Perkins GOP Primary Challenger facing Rep. Peter Defazio May 15 in Oregon's 4th district.
Michael Snyder GOP Open Seat Idaho's 1st district May 15
