Americans for Legal Immigration PAC has endorsed Representatives Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) and Lou Barletta (R-PA) in the US House for many years and today is extending those endorsements to their US Senate races in Tennessee and Pennsylvania.

ALIPAC first supported Lou Barletta when he was the mayor of Hazelton, PA, and fought to stop the negative impacts illegal immigration were having on his city. Barletta then carried his support for Americans who oppose illegal immigration to the US Congress with ALIPAC's endorsement and support in September of 2010. (View Barletta Endorsement Release)

Marsha Blackburn has been a staunch supporter of America's existing immigration laws and has opposed Amnesty legislation in DC along with Barletta!

ALIPAC first endorsed Marsha Blackburn in 2006 after she completed the PAC's federal candidate survey (VIEW) indicating her opposition to "Comprehensive immigration reform" that would allow illegal aliens currently in the US to stay without fear of deportation as guest or temporary workers and her support for deportation for illegal immigrants.

"We are very encouraged to see Blackburn and Barletta running for US Senate this year. They have stood with the American public against illegal immigration and Amnesty legislation. We need to send the DC open borders power groups and illegal immigrants a clear message on Election Day by sending Blackburn and Barletta to the US Senate," declared William Gheen, President of ALIPAC.
