ALIPAC Endorses Tim Wolfe (R-IL-9) for his opposition to birthright citizenship for illegals

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) is endorsing Congressional candidate Tim Wolfe today for his opposition to birthright citizenship for illegal aliens and because his opponent Jan Schakowsky, an incumbent Democrat in Illinois's 9th district, supports Comprehensive Immigration Reform Amnesty for illegal immigrants.
Tim Wolf has become ALIPAC's 143rd endorsement in the 2012 Election Cycle.
The Daily Herald reported on October 5, 2012, that Tim Wolfe did not feel the children of illegal aliens should automatically be given US citizenship and ALIPAC agrees. Jan Schakowsky supports the birthright citizenship provision and claims an amendment to the US Constitution would be required. Many feel that Congress can redefine the measure without changing the Constitution.
"We applaud Tim Wolfe's stance against birthright citizenship which is being exploited by millions of illegal aliens who have been documented having children for legal, financial, and political gain in America," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "The 14th Amendment was never intended for illegal immigrants, and Congress has the power to further define the amendment legislatively to prevent further abuse."
America and Canada are the only two fully developed nations in the world that offer birthright citizenship, and many countries like France, Ireland, India, New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom have recently ended the practice.
The non profit organization NumbersUSA has credited Tim Wolfe as a "True Reformer" on immigration issues due to his survey responses in favor of immigration and border law enforcement. The incumbent Jan Schakowsky receives a grade of "F" due to her votes in Congress in support of the illegal immigrant invasion of the United States that costs many Americans their jobs, homes, taxpayer resources, and sometimes their very lives.
ALIPAC believes we need more members of Congress who will support American citizens instead of supporting illegal aliens, and in District 9 of Illinois, Tim Wolfe is the clear choice for those who oppose illegal immigration and Comprehensive Immigration Reform, the Dream Act, and De Facto Amnesty for illegals.
