If they pass this Dream Act tomorrow then throw their butts out in November and we'll repeal it in 2011. Americans will not accept this nor should they. American Latinos and Hispanics should be totally up in arms over this because it's their kids that will be losers in the biggest ways. Under Affirmative Action guidelines, American Hispanics presently have an advantage along with other minority groups and with the Dream Act, their educational and work advantage will be largely diluted.

The people behind the Dream Act aren't interested in doing anything that actually helps the American People. They're the same people who tax Americans into a lower class, the same people who ship their jobs overseas o ship Americans into unemployment and onto welfare, the same people who want open borders to dissolve the United States and do away with the American People. Americans are threat to their objectives of a global economy and global governance, because we're the only people on Earth with the will and means to stop both.

If we don't start stopping it now, then they will succeed. Time is of the essence, folks, 2010 make it count.

Lou Dobbs says that he is suspicious of the numbers of those supporting this. He likes Luis Gutierrez. He says that Senator McCain and Senator Kennedy could have done this together 4 years ago, stating exactly who it would cover, how many, details.

Megyn asks how is this a scam?

They cannot handle the Dream Act under this Administration, they cannot handle the immigration cases now

Four Hispanic laborers in a blue car (a Hyundai?) passed me at 65 mph on the highway today. A stoplight turned red about 75 to 100 yards ahead, about 3 or 4 seconds away at 65 mph.

I easily came to a stop. The Hispanics in the blue car never slowed down a lick and went right through the red light, about 3 or 4 seconds after it turned red... not 3 or 4 seconds after it turned yellow, but 3 or 4 seconds after it turned red.

The cross-traffic saw that the driver wasn't even thinking about stopping, so they waited patiently until he went by. I wanted to get his license number and call the Highway Patrol, but the stop light held me back.

I should have come to a full stop, allowed the cross-traffic through, then chased down the scofflaws. But old law-abiding Dudley Doright sat still until the light turned green again, allowing a potential manslaughter to proceed a mile down the road looking for a place to happen. Penny-wise and pound-foolish it was, to stop for a red light rather than attempt to stop red flashing lights before a potentially deadly accident could happen.

So, what makes me think they were illegal aliens? A legal resident would not so lightly value his legal status as to endanger his presence in the country by risking vehicular manslaughter.

The DREAM ACT is a massive amnesty - the maximum age is 35 years old.
