Thread: Senate Amnesty push update + Setback in Hazleton, PA

Friends of ALIPAC,

Last night, we issued a RED ALERT because some of the Sellout Senators were making speeches on the Senate floor and calling for Amendments to be added to bills that would include pro-illegal alien provisions from the failed Senate Amnesty Bill.

At this time, there are no amendments or bills identified, yet their intent is clear.

It is important for you to continue your calls and e-mails to the Senate, in reaction to their comments and to assure that the SENATE knows AMERICA is AWAKE.

If you only respond at the last minute when the hour is late, then our fate is likely sealed and they will eventually prevail over us. It is important for you to signal to lawmakers that you are ready to fight anytime you catch wind of their pro-amnesty agenda.

Please continue your calls to the Senate on Friday saying:

"No Dream Act, No AgJobs Bill, no amendments trying to slip in immigration provisions on other bills! Enforce our existing immigration laws! Investigate the White House for non-enforcement of our existing laws!"

We regret to inform everyone, that one Federal judge has thrown out Hazleton's historic ordinances that crack down on those that hire and rent to illegal aliens.

On what grounds did this judge throw out Hazleton's ordinances? Oh please don't tell me it's violates the illegal's civil rights?

I can't tell you how depressed I am over this. I'm proud of Mayor Barletta for planning on appealing, but I feel as if somebody has punched us all in the stomach. How can this judge sell out Americans this way? How can he care more about people from a foreign country than his own fellow citizens?

I can't wrap my mind around the chaos and lunacy that has become illegal immigration. I just can't.

This just sucks.

The judge spent 4 months writing a 206 page explaination of his dicision that followed 9 days of testemony and he claimed both ordinances were unconstitutional.

I bet he did a lot of cutting and pasting from the Chanber of Commerce, ACLU, LULAC, LA RAZA, MDLEF, Cindy Sheehan, Cardinal Mahoney, Elvira the illegal alien...

Your message William is the one that I am leaving for my Senators at this time. No attaching of anything that would give illegal aliens any benefits, the Dream Act, etc. at taxpayer expense. I tell them we are watching and reading bills and legislation.

I would like to add this about the Dream Act. Last week during one of our blitz type days, I read a couple of articles about the PENTAGON PUSHING THE DREAM ACT. If the military and President Bush want the Dream Act to pass for bodies to fight the war, we must be on guard.

I'm sure they will welcome any financial help, no matter the amount. I live 16 miles from Hazleton and work with and have friends who live there. The town that was once a proud American community is going down the toilet. I've donated to http://www.smalltowndefenders.com/public/ already and plan to donate again. These are good people and need help.
