Rally our troops around the Immigration Enforcers!

    Supporters of ALIPAC:

The election is two days away.

It is true that there is a foul electoral wind blowing against incumbents and Republicans. The polls indicate that the electorate is angry and dismayed and fed up with Bush on many levels.

The President's approval numbers have taken a dive each time he has come out sporting his Guest Worker Amnesty program. We are all very shocked to see that he came out pushing the program again two weeks ago and just like before his numbers have taken a dive again putting his approval levels down around 33% again!

This combined with the decision to put the immigration focus on a 700 mile fence has hurt our cause. Instead of focusing on issues that over 80% of the public support such as enforcement against employers, removal of taxpayer benefits for illegals, and empowering local police to help detect and deport illegals, they put the focus on the wall which along with 'anchor baby' only has about a 55% support level.

Also, many of the polls and pundits want the world to believe that candidates standing tall on immigration issue is hurting their campaigns. This is clearly false for the candidates that have focused on the 80+% issues. Many of our supporters do support a wall and removal of birthright citizenship and we have begged and pleaded with them NOT to ask candidates to make issues of these. Unfortunately, some have done so to our detriment.

Turnout means everything and we know that illegal immigration is a top issue in the minds of voters. We also know that the vast majority of Democrats will be terrible on this issue and a large section of Republicans loyal to the US Chamber of Commerce are as well.

Our final battle plan is simple. Rally around the known immigration enforcement incumbents and candidates.

Special efforts are needed in the campaigns of Ron Paul of Texas and JD Hayworth of Arizona. Both of these men have supported our cause and they are under severe attack from the Open Borders Lobby at this moment.

    Again, turnout means everything!

    Please take the following steps.

    1. Get copies of your local ballot and analyze the races. Make plans to vote and bring out others that share our concerns about illegal immigration for the candidates on our final endorsement list. Each of you can bring our candidates many votes with proper planning.

    2. Use your email contacts list and any online discussion boards you visit to post links to 'Know Thy Ballot" and our Endorsement List as soon as possible. We need your help to make sure as many people view our endorsements as possible BEFORE election day.

We are setting up an online working discussion at this link to coordinate our activists during the final hours. You can post comments, read comments, and assist at this link.

    3. If you are not already working for the campaigns, pick up the phone and call the ALIPAC Endorsed campaign closest to you and offer to assist by helping to get voters to the polls or working at a precinct on election day.

Turnout is everything and ALIPAC Activists are working in the heart of the effort to turn our voters out!

Let's rally our supporters and rally our troops around the brave candidates standing up to the Open Borders Lobby this year!
