If Righthaven doesn't want anyone posting their articles somewhere else then why don't they say so at the top of each article ?

Are they going to go after everyone that cuts,pastes & emails their articles to other people ?

How can they legally single out only certain blogs to sue ?

So if I went around the internet and posted this article on different blogs Righthaven would be suing the blogs not me. Maybe we all ought to post this article everywhere and let Righthaven sue the whole internet. Righthaven should be going after the search engines caches and the way back machine too.

Yes I know they are going after website bloggers but how about the potential millions of people who email their articles ?

It seems unfair and unenforceable to hold some people liable while possibly millions of others are doing the same thing.
