ALIPAC Shifts Focus From Immigration To Constitutional Rule for Americans

Since Obama's executive action memos will render many existing US laws, Congress, the outcome of US elections, and the US Constitution moot, ALIPAC is announcing a new set of priorities focused on restoring constitutional governance in America more than issue advocacy.

"Right now in America, it no longer matters what issues are important to American citizens, advocacy groups, PACs, candidates, or elected officials," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "As of November 20, 2014, it should be clear to all that America's policies are now under the control of some non Constitutional powers that are using Obama and his GOP accomplices to issue dictates. While prior presidents have used Executive Orders to affect legislation passed by Congress, Obama is using memos to create illegal immigrant amnesty legislation that has been defeated by Congress and the American public more than seven times prior to today! Restoring Constitutional governance for all American citizens is now our top priority and we encourage every other political group in America to consider doing the same!"

Obama's approval ratings are diving rapidly beneath 35% in response to his unconstitutional decree of amnesty for illegal aliens, yet his remaining supporters of his despotic actions have taken to the Internet claiming that Obama's actions are OK because "Bush and Reagan did the same thing."

ALIPAC activists are being asked to counter that move by explaining that 1. Bush and Reagan issued formal Executive Orders "EOs" while Obama is issuing mere memos; 2. Bush and Reagan issued Executive Orders adjusting actual legislation that had passed Congress like the Simpson Mazzoli amnesty act of 1986; and 3. The Executive Orders and Amnesty of the 1980's were huge mistakes that have resulted in the current presence of 11-20 million illegal immigrants entering American thereafter, the loss of millions of American jobs, the destruction of many state and city budgets (see California), and the loss of tens of thousands American lives taken by the broader criminal acts of illegals on US soil!

Activists attempting to organize or take political action on Facebook are being advised to make other plans since Facebook is under the control of Obama supporters and is clearly being weaponized against US Citizens who oppose amnesty for illegals.

ALIPAC activists were instrumental in the defeat of Comprehensive Immigration Reform amnesty legislation in 2006 and 2007 as well as the defeat of the Dream Act Amnesty in 2010. ALIPAC activists also helped stop Senate Bill S. 744, which would have provided mass amnesty for illegals, from becoming law in 2013 and 2014 despite massive expenditures from mega wealth donors designed to pass it.

"As Americans we are required to stand up and stop any unconstitutional actions from Washington, DC, and we will stop Obama and his GOP facilitators!" said William Gheen. "We beat their amnesty plans in the Congress, and we beat them in the elections. We will not allow American citizens to be ruled by this bipartisan overthrow of our American Republic and Constitution."
