This letter is our formal complaint to the Federal Elections Commission (FCC) asking for the immediate investigation of and relief from censorship, bias, and abuse of Americans who oppose Democrats being conducted by the corporations of Google, Twitter, and Facebook we believe are violating the Communications Act of 1934, as well as other laws and FCC regulations.

We also request that the FCC seek to remove protections for large social media companies like Google, Twitter, and Facebook under Section 230 of the 1996 Communications Decency Act to help alleviate the many abuses of Americans and American civil rights documented in our tracking list provided below.

In both the electronic and hard copies of our complaint, we provide 150 documented examples of where these three companies have used their great power and influence to censor activists, groups, candidates, campaigns, elected officials, and appointed leaders who are predominantly opposed to the leftists political positions expressed by these companies, their owners and managers, stockholders, and the vast majority of their employees, many of which are foreign nationals.

Thus, their interference and manipulation of information vital to the public debates, campaigns, and elections in America should be considered unregulated and unlawful foreign influence.

The numerous violations of American civil rights constitute a clear and present danger to the integrity and fairness of American governmental policies, legislation, campaigns, and elections.

While these companies will try to provide a few examples of voices they have censored or de-platformed on the left side of the American political spectrum to maks their partisan skullduggery, our collection of 150 opponents of the left show a clear pattern of bias against conservatives and non-leftists.

Facebook, Google, and Twitter have become so powerful and so ubiquitous in American life that their influence rivals other utilities such as water, power, mail, and phone services. These companies should not be exercising editorial control beyond the current laws of the United States against our citizens any more than the phone company should tell people what they can and cannot say in our personal and business conversations.

Any company or campaign that does not use the platforms of Google, Facebook, and Twitter is as doomed to fail or lose against any competition with a competitor that does. Imagine any new company or campaign for public office that was de-platformed, censored, or provided inferior services by the power and phone companies. These 'Tech Titans' and their armies of partisan and foreign employees have the power to decide which businesses and campaigns succeed or fail, and they are clearly using that power from the examples we provide here.

We feel that the evidence shows Facebook, Twitter, and Google should be regulated like any utility or broadcast station, especially when it comes to PACs, campaigns, and elections.

Our Political Action Committees' ability to reach and organize like-minded Americans has been severely crippled by the shadowbanning electronic suppression methods applied to us by these companies. Each company has taken steps to hinder and harm our ability to reach other people on their platform while providing superior treatment and services to our political opposition.

We have been a legally qualified Political Action Committee / Campaign registered with the Federal Elections Commission as Americans for Legal Immigration PAC FEC ID: C00405878 since September of 2004, which statisfies our requirement of proof under Section 76.205 [47 CFR §76.205] (d), yet Google and Twitter refuse to allow us to run ads or promote our posts, videos, and contents like they do for our competitors and many other campaigns and PACs. While Facebook allows us to run ads, they have limited the visibility of our posts and pages compared to industry averages and our competitors because these companies oppose our political goals of limiting foreign workers and opposing immigration reform Amnesty legislation they spend a lot of money supporting in Washington DC.

Twitter also refuses to give us our blue check-mark verification designation although we have applied many times and we meet all of their criteria to receive such a designation. Our opponents at groups like FWD.us all have their blue verification badges for their leaders and organizations on Twitter.

If Facebook, Google, and Twitter were treated as other broadcast stations, they would be violating Section 76.205 [47 CFR §76.205] (E), which clearly states...

"Discrimination between candidates. In making time available to candidates for public office, no system shall make any discrimination between candidates in practices, regulations, facilities, or services for or in connection with the service rendered pursuant to this part, or make or give any preference to any candidate for public office or subject any such candidate to any prejudice or disadvantage; nor shall any system make any contract or other agreement which shall have the effect of permitting any legally qualified candidate for any public office to cablecast to the exclusion of other legally qualified candidates for the same public office."
