    Crapo and Risch (Idaho) Both offices said that they will vote against the Dream Act Amendment. However, although both offices said they would be surprised if either of them vote for the total bill if amnesty is attached, they haven't made a public statement as to how they will vote. Crapo's office is counting pro and con phone calls. So far, most of the calls are against this amendment.

    Patty Murray -- Democrat -- up for re-election in November -- Supports Dream Act

    Dino Rossi -- Republican opponent -- wants current laws enforced before addressing amnesty issues -- at this point would be opposed to Dream Act
