ALIPAC's Open National Letter to Law Enforcement
Law Enforcement Officers of America:
The purpose of this open letter to America's state and local police agencies, and brave men and women who put their lives on the line to protect American citizens, is to warn you about highly inaccurate political information currently being distributed to officers from the Department of Homeland Security.
We have documented that the Department of Homeland Security and associated 'Fusion Centers' which employ political groups under President Obama and Secretary Janet Napolitano have been sending memos to our police officers asking them to target or treat as suspect, millions of Americans based on their mainstream political views.
American citizens displaying conservative political views such as support for gun rights, border security, sane financial policies, reasonable taxation, etc... In fact represent the lowest crime demographic in America today.
The Department of Homeland Security is attempting to portray a different, false, and defamatory image of Americans who decry the Feds failure to secure our borders during a time of war and protect all states from invasion as enumerated in the US Constitution.
While it is true that the potential for violence and civil unrest are rising in America due to the numerous failures of the federal Government to serve our citizens, no American should be targeted because of their political beliefs. Democrats should not abuse our law enforcement by trying to use them against the political opposition against President Obama. Nor should Republicans use police as a weapon against those on the left in future years.
Targeting Americans based on their mainstream political views is a form of propaganda and political warfare being waged against Americans from within our own government.
The vast majority of Americans , approximately 80% according to numerous scientifically certified polls, want our borders secured, our existing border and immigration laws enforced instead of any form of amnesty, and local police assisting in those efforts to protect American jobs, taxpayer resources, property, and lives from the negative impacts of illegal immigration.
The greater threat to our law enforcement officers and nation is coming from the murderous paramilitary cartels that are importing over 90% of America's illegal aliens, cocaine, and methamphetamine according to Congressional reports. Most of the terrorism attempts on US soil have come from these cartels and radical Islamic terrorists, not heartland Americans fighting to preserve the nation.
Much of the damage to America is occurring because of the failures and betrayals of the public trust by some in Washington, DC not innocent American citizens trying to protect their rights, borders, and nation!
Please continue to leak any further propaganda documents related to these matters that you receive.
Please reject, disregard, or actively resist any future attempts by DHS and Fusion Centers that are now working with the radical leftist smear organizations like the ADL and SPLC to defame mainstream American conservatives as American terrorists.
Please treat any news reports or releases you receive after any major violent incident. Immediately following the mass murder in Tuscon, DHS and related Fusion Centers released false information claiming the shooter Jared Loughner of being motivated by racism and illegal immigration issues. They even claimed he had connections to an underground "White Supremacist" group. All of these claims were later proven to be false after the original claims received national press attention.
We applaud those fine Americans in Iowa's law enforcement agencies and school systems who recently canceled the controversial terrorism drill that cast the shooters as American youths upset over continued illegal immigration that begin to indiscriminately murder minorities.
It is our understanding that the vast majority of people involved with that drill had no knowledge of page 13 of the document titled "Operation Closed Campus". We are told that Iowa officials placed that scenario into the drill at the last minute to gain funding from DHS because DHS wants to see drills designed to label Americans who oppose their unlawful and unconstitutional open borders policies as American terrorists.
We are thankful to those real American patriots in Iowa who canceled the American terrorism drill due to the massive and growing public backlash.
We need every law enforcement officer and agency on the state, local, and federal levels to be aware of this attempt to stir up fear, distrust, and animosity between officers and agents and the American public.
We need all of you to help protect us from this harmful propaganda coming out of the Obama administration. We all need to reject memos and research compiled using political methods instead of proper law enforcement and investigative procedures. We need to be on guard against suspect, unsubstantiated racism allegations that are being used with growing frequency since the election of President Obama.
We hope all officers and agencies will stand with the American public in favor of gun rights, and all other freedoms protected by the US Constitution including the right for all states to be protected from invasion.
Those who would attempt to turn American police officers against the public based on their desires as Americans to stop and reverse illegal immigration are engaging in hostile actions against innocent Americans defending our nation from enemies foreign and domestic. Their attempts to create a political police force while failing to adequately enforce our existing laws passed by Congress is creating a very dire situation that could lead to more terrible consequences here in America.
We are already losing thousands of American lives each year, untold amounts of personal property, over 125 billion in stolen taxpayer resources, millions in depreciated wages, and millions of American jobs lost, due to those in Washington who have paralyzed the enforcement of our existing national defenses against invasion.
Many of you reading this letter are doing so because someone has forwarded it to you in the hopes you will stand with the Americans of every race, gender, and walk of life who would stand up against parts of our own federal government that is seeking to create political police forces to inspire terror among innocent Americans.
We all need to work together to advise every police officer, paramedic, fire and rescue volunteer, and agency about this attempt to politicize American police with false and defamatory claims, memos, releases, and terror drills.
We all need to stand together rejecting this un-American attempt by the Obama administration, DHS, DOJ, Fusion Centers, the SPLC, and ADL, to use police to enforce political plans to overthrow the American Republic.
