57 million people, predominantly from 3rd world countries, would be allowed to immigrate to the United States or enter with a visa in the next ten years if S. 744 passes into law according to the analysis of the bill conducted by the office of US Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL). This estimate includes legal status for the 11.1 million illegal aliens currently estimated to be in the United States.

If S. 744 passes, the United States would need to create at least 35 million new jobs in the next 10 years to accommodate new American job seekers and the new immigrants S. 744 admits. S. 744 would provide Amnesty for illegal aliens, Amnesty for their associated crimes, and Amnesty for the employers of illegal immigrants as well according to a study of the legislation conducted by Dr. Ronald Mortensen, a Fellow at the Center for Immigration Studies. The Mortensen study found that illegal immigrants would be granted Amnesty for their social security fraud, identity theft, perjury on I-9 forms, existing deportation and removal orders, and from the current law requiring illegals to return home for ten years. Employers of illegal immigrants would be given Amnesty for crimes including hiring illegals, not withholding and/or submitting payroll taxes for individuals illegally in the United States, paying unfair wages or failing to pay wages, and for assisting illegals with social security and tax fraud or identity theft.

Fox News and the Center for Immigration Studies are reporting S. 744 allows for up to $150 million of our tax dollars to go to organizations like La Raza, MALDEF, LULAC, and their hundreds of affiliates to "advertise citizenship opportunities and to help illegal immigrants sign up to become citizens." This 150 million dollars will result in forcing US Taxpayers to fund organizations that support illegal immigration and Amnesty for illegals!
