Amnesty Armageddon: Will You Fight or Fail?

Friends of ALIPAC,

We had illegal aliens and their supporters on the run until this week when Senator Harry Reid and Senator Menendez both announced separate legislative Amnesty pushes.

Reid's desperation is shown in the fact he is pushing Amnesty just forty days prior to an election, when many of his Democratic and Republican allies will be more reluctant to proceed and risk deeper wrath from the public on November 2nd. In what may become an amnesty 'Battle of the Bulge' or 'Pickett's Charge', the Open Borders Lobby is likely going on offense for two reasons. One, they have to use it or lose it on many of the resources they have built up since we defeated them three years ago. Two, they are trying to rally their illegal alien activists and voters in the hopes their army of illegals can save them on Election Day.

Regardless of their motivations, the illegal aliens and their supporters are suddenly throwing everything, including the kitchen sink at us. All hell has broken loose!

ALIPAC has several new strategies and resources we plan to unleash on Monday of next week! We intend to defeat Harry Reid's Dream Act Amnesty as we have before and use that momentum to plow into the elections and take down even more corrupt incumbent DC insiders!

Don't start a revolution unless you plan to finish it. Victory on Election Day will not just happen thanks to the work of others. Many ALIPAC supporters are already deployed in the field. Leneiux and Voinovitch's lines remain busy

Brownback and Voinovitch both are retiring at the end of the year. Voinovitch would not join other Republicans in opposing the Senate amnesty bill in 2006, and Brownback had to be hounded by his constituents to do so.

I called both my Senators, Ben Nelson and Mike Johanns. Both have publicly criticized Reid for including Dream Act in Defense bill. Thanked them, but reminded them it was not enough if they still vote for Defense Bill with Dream Act included.

Called about 8 other senators - names from list on another post, "Republicans Who Are On the Fence".

I also called and emailed Sen McCain's office. Thanked him in advance for "blocking Defense Bill if it includes Dream Act" as he has publicly stated. Reminded him the words are meaningless if he does not follow through.

I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH RICHARD BURR'S OFFICE IN DC, AND I HAD A PRETTY GOOD CONVERSATION WITH THE LADY THAT TOOK MY CALL. WELL ANYWAY, SHE SAID HE IS GOING TO VOTE AGAINST THIS BILL. AS FOR HAGAN, HER LINE IS BUSY BUT I WILL NOT STOP CALLING UNTIL I SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN HER OFFICE. THIS IS JUST DISGUSTING :!: FINALLY SPOKE TO SOMEONE AT KAY HAGAN'S OFFICE.

I'm in this fight, rolled up my sleeves; gritting my teeth; contacting 400+ people in my contacts list on AOL; 1700 friends on facebook and I'm ready to Grill some backside

Emailed both Boxer and Feinstein through their webmail and NumbersUSA. As usual, I can't get through on their phones but will try again on Monday. I plan to devote my whole day Monday to call every senator I can.

Fox news just announced that a leak from DHS revealed that they will sidestep congress to pass backdoor amnesty. Where the hell are all the tax dollars we spend on DHS going? Talk about entitlement. They're getting paid to do nothing absolutely nothing.

stevetheroofer - Do you know any more about this, like how they plan to do it? What did FOX report say?

They havn't said anything more, I believe it has something to do with ICE and that crap about not prosecuting illegals who havn't broke any laws other than coming here illegally.my partner lives in an apartment complex with a lot of illegals and he says they told him they don't give rats ass about amnesty, and they don't even want it. And aren't going to sign up even if they get it. fox is talking about passing the dream act right now! Here we go again.
