AMNESTY Battle Update (Fri) Delays to our favor!

    Friends of ALIPAC,

Our DC sources tell us that the vote on the Durbin 'Bad' Dream Act amendment will now likely be on Monday or possibly Tuesday.

If you have been calling heavily over the last few days, take a bit of a rest today.

If you are one of our very busy citizen activists and have not been active, please get your opposition calls in TODAY!

Your efforts have helped to delay this vote, which the Amnesty supporters had hoped to get through on Wednesday of this week!

The story is now breaking press on Fox News and CNN and in more newspapers. This is to our benefit because it is forcing the sponsors of this Amnesty to try to explain themselves and sell their Amnesty to the public, which will not work AS LONG AS WE ANSWER THEM WITH LESS COMPLEX STATEMENTS BASED ON COMMON SENSE.

WE NEED EVERYONE FRESH AND READY FOR MONDAY MORNING.

This weekend, please spend some time talking to other citizens, friends, and family members. Explain to them that the Amnesty battle will be going full force on Monday or Tuesday and their help will be needed. Please ask them to visit www.alipac.us and to sign up for e-mail alerts so they can reinforce our efforts.

The Open Borders Lobby has thousands of illegal alien students lobbying the Senate today. These students are their best weapons because they are very proficient in English and tug at sympathy votes. They are well organized and funded by millions of dollars coming to them via non-profit organizations and big corporations.

These students are hungry for your tax dollars and eager to be used as political pawns in this battle. They have lots of surplus time to call, fax, and e-mail. Many of them are trying to disrupt the ALIPAC website operations on a daily basis because they know ALIPAC is one of their biggest threats!

Our e-mail alerts are sent once a day, during a time of high alert like this and we do our best not to send to many.

For those of you that want more real time feedback and information during our activist operations, you should visit, read, and participate in our Discussion Groups area at www.alipac.us

To enter the Discussion Groups area, go to www.alipac.us and click on Discussion Groups, located on the left side under the "Main Menu".

You will see ALIPAC Activists from across America posting real time information from the US Senate.

Please round up as many new people as you can this weekend and prepare yourself for a real struggle starting on Monday.

From what we can tell, the Dream Act supporters had the upper hand with their calls to the US Senate on Monday and Tuesday of this past week.

Our side has dominated Wednesday and Thursday.

Now we must completely drop the hammer on Monday and hit the Senate hard enough to overwhelm the phone system again.

ALIPAC has gotten the word out through hundreds of talk radio shows and your efforts to contact shows has really paid off.

Feel free to work through the weekend sending messages to the Senate, filling their voice mail systems, and contacting more talk radio shows.

FILL THE VOICE MAILS OF THE SENATE WITH YOUR OPPOSITION TO DREAM ACT AMNESTY!

Visit the homepage regularly, since all of the articles you need and activist instructions are being posted there.

We now stand a much better chance of defeating this legislation because you helped to force delays, which have given us more time to organize and rally the American citizenry to the Amnesty threat!

There are more good things to come.
