Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) is protesting the fact that Angel Moms who campaigned for Trump have not been invited to tonight's State of the Union address by the White House while illegal immigrants are being given immunity from existing U.S. laws to attend the speech, demonstrate in Senate offices, protest at the homes of Senators, block traffic and intersections, and block the entrance to Disneyland without any fear of arrest or deportation.
ALIPAC supporters believe illegal aliens should be not allowed to attend the SOTU address! Nor should they be lobbying and protesting in DC, nor blocking our streets without any fear of America's existing laws which President Trump swore an oath to uphold!
"Trump's immunity for illegal immigrants and the illegals on display at tonight's State of the Union address show the nation and world that America's existing immigration laws are moot," declared William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "The media is widely reporting that illegal immigrants can lobby Congress, conduct menacing vulgar protests, block traffic, block businesses, and be arrested over and over again in DC without fear of deportation through existing immigration laws. Tragically, illegal immigrants will be at Trump's speech while the Angel Moms who lost loved ones to illegal immigrant invaders are not invited because they feel his Amnesty plans are a betrayal of his campaign promises to these grieving families."
During Trump's campaign, he promised to end DACA Amnesty on his first day in office and begin securing America's border while enforcing our existing immigration laws. Many of the Angel Moms who are being excluded from tonight's address campaigned extensively for Trump but now some say they feel he used them as political props.
On Jan 29, 2018, Angel Dad Dan Golvach told Breitbart News, "Donald Trump had promised Angel Families — as both a candidate and as president — that the deaths of their loved ones would 'not be in vain,' said Golvach. 'I’ve been in the room on numerous occasions with Donald Trump, when he was both a candidate and president. I’ve been the White House, and he promised us — the families that I was with that either lost kids or loved ones — he said, "Your loved ones’ deaths will not be in vain." He was unambiguous about this. He told us, "No amnesty. Period." This is not what we were sold.' ” (View Source)
President Trump has taken the opposite approach and has renewed DACA to March 5, 2018, and possibly beyond while trying to make the Amnesty much larger and permanent through Amnesty legislation similar to bills supported by Presidents Bush and Obama.
ALIPAC is campaigning to remind Trump voters that "DACA Will Not MAGA" (See campaign) which means Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Amnesty will not Make America Great Again.
ALIPAC is also actively seeking GOP primary challenger candidates to run against Republican incumbents found on the group's Cantor List (View) and Kate's List (View) for their documented support for Amnesty for illegal immigrants which super majorities of Republican voters oppose.
