Border Hawk Candidates Kelli Ward & Joe Arpaio Asked to Unify Against DC Establishment

PAC asks candidates to unite instead of fight!

-- Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) would like to see Arizona represented by two strong border security proponents who oppose Amnesty by electing both retired Sheriff Joe Arpaio and current US Senate candidate Dr. Kelli Ward to replace outgoing Senators Jeff Flake and John McCain, but unfortunately the current GOP dynamic is most likely to elect pro-Amnesty, DC establishment backed, Cantor List Representative Martha McSally to the Senate.

ALIPAC Endorsed Dr. Kelli Ward in June of 2017 to support her run against Gang of Eight Amnesty proponent Senator Jeff Flake who later announced his retirement. Now the race is for an open seat and ALIPAC continues to support Ward in this race.

Pro-Amnesty Cantor List Republican Martha McSally entered the race and is currently backed by the DC establishment that supports her because McSally supports Amnesty for illegal aliens.

Retired Sheriff Joe Arpaio has also entered the race which is likely to split the anti-illegal immigration vote, greatly increasing the chances McSally will win the GOP primary held on August 28.

ALIPAC continues to support and endorse Dr. Kelli Ward but has also been the only national organization to lobby President Trump to pardon Joe Arpaio and to appoint Sheriff Arpaio to a position building tent city jails for illegals on America's southern border.

ALIPAC has a plan that could stop a political train wreck in Arizona that would elect pro-Amnesty McSally.

"We respectfully request that Dr. Ward and Sheriff Joe strike an accord to unify against Amnesty backing McSally by having Arpaio realign his campaign to run for Senator John McCain's seat, which we expect to be open next year due to McCain's health problems which prevent him from continuing in his role as Senator," explained William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "If Arpaio would switch to run for McCain's seat and endorse Dr. Kelli Ward against McSally, Ward could then back Arpaio for the other seat. Currently, we have two border hawks fighting each other and splitting the border issue vote. We hope they will show the leadership needed to change this potential train wreck into a win-win situation and an Arizona that could soon be represented by both Dr. Kelli Ward and Sheriff Joe Arpaio in the US Senate."

ALIPAC would like to see Arpaio and Ward campaigning together for both Arizona Senate seats instead of competing with each other in the current primary because that gives the advantage to DC establishment-backed Rep. Martha McSally.

ALIPAC feels Sheriff Arpaio should realign his campaign to replace McCain next year because he entered the race long after Dr. Kelli Ward was already running.

Also, Joe Arpaio's national name recognition would be a better match for a nationally backed campaign to replace Amnesty McCain with a true border security advocate like Arpaio in 2019 while giving Arpaio more time to build up the support needed for a successful run.

The winner of Arizona's GOP primary will go on to face Democratic Rep. Kyrsten Sinema in the November General Election.

I agree 100% with the ALIPAC assessment and position on this! However, as unfortunate as it is, Sheriff Joe Arpaio has shown himself to be a stubborn man at times. That in itself isn't always a bad thing, but in this specific instance it is.

I so hate when 2 decent candidates are running against one bad one. It seems the vote is always split on the decent ones and the bad one wins. I've seem it happen too many times! Also, how does someone who is endorsed by McCain, Flake, Ryan, and McConnell win so many votes?! We shouldn't even have to worry about this! I guess either people are just that dumb, or their desires for our nation are really messed up! SMH

Here's why we have to elect Kelli Ward rather than her opponent Martha McSally, who supports these things--
